I added the Fuel system cleaner to a quarter tank on Saturday and ran the car to near empty over the weekend ... I haven't noticed much of a difference from using it but I suppose it couldn't have done any harm ... the guy at Nissan said that they usually include it in every other service ... I think the throttle body is going to need good clean ... clarkie34, any updates on yours?

It's the same as mine then ... I think the latest map disc available is 2006 anyway so it's pointless purchasing it from the dealer ... You're better off with the Nurrish system as I mentioned earlier ... It has the latest Uk and Europe maps included along with many other features ...

LoL ... For that price it should be ... I even managed to find a copy online which I downloaded but have had no luck with .. Is your Sat Nav operated by remote only?

I've got a 2004 Zed with the Factort Sat Nav too ... I tried to search for discs a while back and didn't find anything ... I gave my local stealer a call and was quoted £320 +vat for an updated disc! It makes a lot more sense to get one of Nurrish's systems fitted ...

Yes that is correct ... I think the guys from Abbey M/S can be more help though ... I've been reading the threads about the UpRev remaps and it does sound well worth it from what I've read.

Well being a single guy ... I'm doing whatever I want! LoL Started the day with a massive fry up ... then took the Zed out for a 30 mile blast ... I've just finished washing the Zed and am now enjoying some me time in front of the telly! Brilliant!

+1 on the Tesco 99 Ron fuel ... I normally use Sainsbury's Super Unleaded as it's the closest petrol station to me ... I tried Asda fuel a few weeks ago as I was in need and found that I got considerably less MPG ...

Thanks for the advice ... I've just been on the phone to the stealers and they do have some in stock at £11.99 ... i'm running on near empty so might just fill up £20 of fuel and use it today ... Good luck!

What would you consider to be low? Would you add the whole bottle to a quarter tank and run it until you need to refuel?

Let me know how you get one after using the Fuel System Cleaner ... I'm going to call my local stealer tomorrow to see if they have any in stock ... failing that I've looked on the internet for stockists and the closet one is 11 miles away ... It would be great if it resolves the issue but i suppose it's worth doing anyway ..

That's good news ... Doesn't sound like an expensive fix then ... What Fuel System cleaner did they give you ... Is it a Nissan branded one? Can anyone recommend a good cleaner ... I've used RedEx in the past but there must be something better out there ...
