Hey guys, Just wanted to know if Tein's EDFC gadget can be used on other, less expensive, coilovers? Having a roadster makes changing damping settings really difficult on rear shocks, think EDFC would come in handy I know this has been asked before but no one ever gave a direct answer Also, would there be any clearance issues between EDFC top and roof folding mechanism??? Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking at upgrading my BOSE to Pioneer AVIC-F10BT. I chose this model over F910 (or lower) mainly because it features 4v high voltage output and because pioneer website states that models below F10 support only pre-2008 iPods So I'd like to know if the iPod story is true and also if 4v sound quality/volume is much better from lower voltage models? Would I still need to use Line Booster (like TURBO 1 Variable line driver) with 4v stereo? Thanks

I've replaced diff oil with Silkolene syn 5. The oil that came out was dirty and thick. Plug had build up on it. Wasn't expecting to see that on a car with 7k miles Anyway, the whine is still there. Next will be looking at gearbox. Only I wish I knew where to start...

Is there a need to replace those after an oil change? I spoke to a dealership and they said they had never replaced a single washer on drain or filler plugs! Tnx

I've had it!!!!! A second dealership looked at the car, could not come to a conclusion, took photos, sent them to tech department who then said that the car was driven with partly opened roof!!! Idiots!!! Now looking at getting another third party report, writing a final letter to customer services and if no luck will be taking Nissan to court. I can't believe i'm in this situation..... Any consumer case solicitors on here?

I'm out of warranty now. A decision on my roof fault hasn't been made yet. I'm looking at new roof install.. £5,000 excluding labour. Happy days... Have another 6 months of extended warranty given to me by the dealer but doubt that would be smoother than Nissan's warranty.

Seriously, I give up... This car has brought me nothing but trouble in 3 months ownership. First noisy release bearing or flywheel (whatever it is it makes noise in neutral), then faulty roof, now gearbox input shaft. What's next?!? Nissan's warranty is nothing but crappy promises and excuses.. Waste of hard earned money if you ask me now. I'll just drive the thing until it falls apart.
