Hmmm ... I thought that this could have been me too ... But I was at the office all afternoon so my Zed was parked in the car park ... That is unless someone has a spare key for it and took it for a quick spin before returning it back to the car park without me noticing ...

I think I've got the opposite problem to your Zed ... My revs are a little higher than usual ... Try cleaning your throttle body (being very careful with the butterfly valve) and then do a throttle reset.

Well it's looks like I was wrong ... I've just taken delivery of the tyres about 20 minutes ago! Now that's what I call good service! Hopefully having them fitted tomorrow now at the earliest ...
