  1. welcome to the forum
  2. Congratulations on getting your Zed! I know it wasn't easy ... but definitely worth the wait IMO.
  3. Don't worry too much ... I posted the same clip a week ago and it was also a repost ... These guys are a little to quick on the breaking news ..
  4. Hi and welcome to the forum ...
  5. I do have a 20 miles commute to work mainly on A Roads and I usually get around 25+ mpg ... It's not that bad considering I used to get around 28 - 30 mpg in my FTO doing the same commute ... I think on motorway journeys the fuel efficiency is more than satisfactory ...
  6. spotted again this morning at 7:45 in Kibworth going towards Leicester ...
  7. I think it's just one of the zeds "features" ... It used to annoy me at first but now I don't even notice it ...
  8. Welcome to the forum!
  9. +1 Definitely your best option!
  10. Super apologies ...
  11. I just saw a video on youtube which has to be the worst situation ever for any driver to be in ... Just imagine being behind the wheel on the car ...
  12. Well since I got my tyres sorted last week it's now time to get my brakes done .. especially since I've developed a slight squeal from the drivers-side front ... I'm still not 100% sure on what to go for ... I was intent on getting the Ultimax with the Yellowstuff pads all round but after reading the above post about using them with drilled/slotted discs I'm not sure ... Is that definitely the case? I might just end up going down the OEM disc and Yellowsetuff route in that case as I don't really hammer my Zed and the OEM setup hasn't caused me any issues ... it would still be an upgrade ..

  18. We had a client come to our office in one of these a few weeks back! I hadn't seen one in the flesh until then and I have to say I was more than a little bit envious If you look in the far right of the picture you can just make out my Zed .. LoL
  19. I don't really like that bumper anyway ... In fact it actually makes the front look higher than the standard bumper ...
  20. Wow! Two VERY nice looking cars!
  21. Welcome to the forum mate ... I don't think you'd have any difficulty getting used to the Zed ... my previous car was a Mitsubishi FTO and although the difference in power is massive it wasn't too bad .. I use my Zed for my daily commute which works out to 200 miles a week .. and it's really comfortable and not too expensive on the fuel.
