Frequency bands are different to the UK, just like JDM stereos which also need a band expander to work on UK cars. Also check for differences in the US wiring looms compared to UK wiring looms. As before, if one of the reasons to get a US one is for the module slot for aux connectivity, then it would have been easier to get an aftermarket upgrade. Hope it was cheap enough tho

Personally I used GTechnic C4 to seal the lights, works great. Also to cut down on the time factor, I used my DA polisher to do the lights. First used wet&dry 1200 grit, followed by 2000 grit, then DA polisher for rubbing compound, the DA again for the PlastRX, then seal with C4. Total time was 25 mins for both headlights
