  1. I actually went round his house to pick up a doorcard. Friendly bloke and honest Jon is his name
  2. I would have thought that any British citizen that is known to travel abroad to join a jihadist quest is committing treason and thus have their passport revoked and banned from re-entering
  3. £10 says you need new tyres when you get it back Or there will be a Greddy Twin Turbo 240Z
  4. Talbot Sunbeam, it was my mums idea of a first car. A week later I was in my proper first car, a Toyota Corolla GT hatchback (AE82)
  5. Mine was imported from Varis Japan via Envy Performance (ceased trading a while ago) Rain covers are made of FRP
  6. No pics, but basically Varis designed the bonnet with rain covers, which are supplied with the bonnet. They cover beyond the vent hole area and have a raised ledge on the sides and water is directed towards the front of the bonnet just behind the radiator. metal threads are moulded into to bonnet structure and each cover is held by four 10mm bolts
  7. Mine has vents, but it also has removable rain covers on the inside.
  8. Calsonic makes the OEM exhausts, I have Calsonic markings on my OEM mid-silencer
  9. In this article they tear down a 30-pin to Lightning adapter (solid type, no cable) You might find its exactly what you need as the Lightning part is connected via a small ribbon cable, making the footprint rather small and suitable for your needs http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/accessories/lightning-to-30-pin-adapter-teardown-revealed-pics/
  10. I'm only saying that you done so much hard work this far, it would be a shame to have a small yet important detail spoil the overall look of it. I'm sure Soundman will demand a premium, but I am sure if you trawl the Internet & eBay for components and brush up on your soldering skills, it will be the satisfying final touch
  11. As for the cable, can you not get like a used iphone 5 dock, break it down so you basically have a slim 90 degree connector that you could then mould into the material on the inside of the panel? Or find this thing (might actually be dock internals before manufacture)
  12. Plus you can get DEPO black housing facelift headlights for £200 + shipping (approx £300 delivered) from the USA You will need to transfer your ballasts from your existing headlights and purchase D2S and indicator bulbs
  13. I would email places that do a TÜV Vollabnahme. A good place to start is to either call or email RHD Speedmaster, who specialise in importing cars from the UK and Japan. http://www.rhd-speedmaster.de/index.php/kontakt
  14. Either - refurb fan motors - replace fan motors - buy replacement Mishimoto shroud & fans Those will be the usual responses
  15. The issue you have is the projector shroud within the lights. You can either open up your lights and modify them or buy aftermarket headlights made for RHD cars
  16. Maybe Buster should make a "Stickey" post for future reference. Most cases it seems that when aftermarket HU gets installed the step of properly connecting the remote amp wire to the Bose Amp is forgotten. Good job Zed Shed tho
  17. Graphics are decent, but then again I'm playing on a PC
  18. Last night a friend and I tried jumping across a harbour, just for kicks cos a ramp was there. No achievement or anything, did it just to see if we could, turns out the Raid cars are best for this. The map is absolutely massive, so you can choose whether to Fast Travel for missions or take a leisurely drive there (Fast Travel depends on if you have explored the map previously tho)
  19. Been playing The Crew last couple of days. Enjoying it, like the fact I cn help lower crew members level up when I use higher spec cars to get the win and they share the spoils. So far only one moronic mission involving a Bently Continental GT, whoever has played this mission will agree
  20. LS03BRO £250 LS03BOY £250 LS03BAD £250 LS03BYE £250 <= my fav LS03CRY £250 (Cos it cost so much ) LS03FFS £250 Cos slower peeps holding you up LS03FLY £250 depends how heavy your foot is LS03FRY £250 depending on how long you abuse your heavy foot LS03GAY £250 .....well..... :lol:
  21. Oh yeah, good point, no need for wheel off, if full lock don't work, just jack it up so the wheel is out of the way enough to peel the arch liner
  22. I looked for LS03YRP, but it was unavailable
