  1. Dixon Motorsport based in Erith near Dartford, owned by former Time Attack champion Dixon Cheng Been there before for some Dixcel brake discs before I had DBA and full P3 service. Good shop from my own experience
  2. The Arctic....with one wooly jumper and a can of Tuna (so the polar bears pick up the scent and eventually eat them)
  3. But then you need camber correction arms, else you'll be running on just a tiny part of the tyre and chew through them really quickly. I thought you had the correction arms on yours matey? No, only mild drop in Tein springs, fitted by Abbey MS and alignment corrected to within factory parameters Ah, okay. I'm guessing your wheels fit a little better though Yeah, you're probably right Mine are 10.5J ET+23 rear 9.5J ET+28 front
  4. I couldn't believe it tbh, thought I'd check and actually lol'ed when they turned out to be MPSS
  5. Actually, just checked. I have MPSS for the 18's that come with the car, so when I do take her on track, I'll be fine. Ekona will be pleased

  7. The wheels have arrived The SSR's look nice, the rears have a deeper dish than the fronts. But looks like on these I'll be going Stance... The Volk RE30's came with Pirelli tyres that are normal tho, dunno if Ekona would approve, but I dunno if you can get MPSS in this size
  8. Guess Steve is on works computer that has porn filter on (which includes car porn )
  9. When you lower the car, the tops will be naturally pulled in due to camber, mine does this, i have 10.5J on rear also
  10. No it's not, but I had forgotten that the design was a six spoke, so like Dan I was temporarily confused how a five spoke design would gain a sixth spoke after the refurb, but then realised it was a six spoke design, which then made sense again. So no, what you said wasn't wrong as long as all parties involved with the conversation have 100% context.
  11. Took me several reads before I got it too Dan. Must be a Cambridge thing...how did they even get a University......
  12. 10.5 As mentioned before, I have 10.5 on my rear and my tyre fitters have no problems getting a 275/35 on there at all. I'd say the fitter needs more training (obviously)
  13. Agree with above, if so much metal has been taken off, it's new wheel time, considering these are new wheels too. KwikFit are a big enough chain, they should be able to cover the cost. Dunno where you legally stand as you have already agreed to the refurb.
  14. To get to the adjusters only requires the plastic Undertray to be removed. Unless you have an aftermarket Z-Speed one, which will be even quicker
  15. There are two belt tensioners you can access below the enginebay , or if it's a momentary squeak, maybe use some talcum powder
  16. I got 10.5J on the back of mine and run a 275/35 R19
  17. These close enough? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=231361568623
