  1. Is that TNG or old school model? I'd be up for it! I did say NCC1701-D....... You're not a proper trekkie, lol
  2. With Comet doing shutdown sales right now, might aswell get a new oven.... http://storage.comet.co.uk/www/splash/html/offers/cookers.html http://storage.comet.co.uk/www/splash/html/offers/ovens.html
  3. You'd be better off getting the complete set of Ferodo DS2500's from CS, he does do them at a good price
  4. If you thought the Falkens are scary, I drove the Zed from Germany to the UK in heavy snow on RE040's Set off at noon in Germany, travelling via EuroTunnel to East Anglia....arrived 7am next day
  5. Funny that, just took my Falkens off today and put on the standard Rays with winter rubber on. Also swapped OEM bonnet back on too

  7. Maybe cos "he" is actually a "she"?
  8. 2 things 1. that has got to be the most boring person i've ever listened to 2.why does the japanese language run on and on and on (seemingly) and the translation says it in about 3 words ? Eskimos have several words for snow, Chinese have several words for rice. Perhaps these other languages are more descriptive and exact to portray feelings and objects. Perhaps it's the English language that is less refined and also the reason why it's so easy to learn
  9. Forget old Toyota metal and look to the future....
  10. OEM headunits must be properly "divorced" from their donor cars. Best PM R35LEE, as he most likely has one or two in stock
  11. Saw some LED strips on eBay that emit the light sideways out the strip rather than straight. This makes the strip quite flat too, might be worth looking into.
  12. One of them may be the cradle for a Nokia phone, the other, presumably the smaller if the two, should be where a Nissan Bluetooth module fits into. If you have pictures, then we could tell for sure
  13. Could be chrome powdercoat, seems a little dull for high polished metal. Especially having seen how shiny you can get them
  14. Plastic OEM one does shred after years of use, especially at points where it's screwed to the car. This alu one will prolly hold up a lot longer and even has a nice cover excatly under where the oil filter is
  15. Just gave this a little read on tinternet.... So yeah, sealed is prolly best for the Zed......unless Buster want's to be heard two blocks away....
  16. I dunno myself, was just wondering, that's all. But I think it's plenty loud enough tho
  17. Get an unpainted one and spray it with black PlastiDip And you so missed a double dip opportunity there! You could have said "Get an unpainted one and spray it black with PlastiDip Dip. They do do one in black. Just not got round to it, along with the other 150 other mods I wanna do! Well get this one out the way and then there will be only 149 left
  18. Once you mirror polish them, will there even be a surface for the High Temp Laquer to hold onto? And if that is the case, then you'll have to let me know, cos then I'll have my Volks re-polished again and laquered
