  1. Sorry to hijack a hijacked thread but there is a deal to be had here from a forum trader: viewtopic.php?f=128&t=38162&p=570414#p570414
  2. Have a gander here... viewtopic.php?f=128&t=38162&p=570414#p570414 Have a good weekend all
  3. Allow 24hrs before applying due to the solvents in the red mist/tropical. I have red mist tropical in stock right now and you could have had 15% off over the weekend Best wishes Tim
  4. It'll boil down to durability Shaun. The SN will last longer before you need to top up. Looks wise its in the eye of the beholder. I love the way every ones jumping on wax prices. I have some that are worth £1000's of pounds but if I get asked by enough customers "do you have X wax" then I have to consider it! 1 "expensive" wax only took me a year to earn its keep, that said I did have a £400 pot I bought for my 22b before I decided to do this for a living. Why did I buy it? Well I just wanted the best for my car and its the best I could afford at the time lol.
  5. Got a full pot of the track and Concours one Paul that I've not tried yet......

  7. Hi Rich, I apologise for the slow reply You PM'd me on the 6th June and I replied on the 7th.... Sadly I detail all over the place, have an online shop and also a family and dont get as much time to sit "laptop at the ready" as much as I'd like. Best wishes Tim
  8. Started with a Porsche so I'll end the Manx tour 2010 with a Porsche A selection of befores: Wheels cleaned 1st with Espuma revolution and Envy Brushes, followed by our own brand Bubbly Jubbly SSF and some brush work and Espuma G202 in the shuts, and other fiddly bits. Rinsed and washed with TBM, Z sponge and Autobrites "citrus pearl" shampoo. Dried to look like this Clayed with CG Blue and Autobrites lube. Not too bad surprisingly. Paint cleansed with Lime Prime via the PC Waxed and left to cure Did this Went round all the rubbers with seal feed, dressed plastics, cleaned the glass, dressed the tyres. Hoovered the interior, cleaned and conditioned leather etc etc. Once that was all done I buffed her off. The owners face was a picture too, beaming from ear to ear. Tim
  9. Thanks for all the comments guys (and Immy of course ) Its nice to get to do a Z, 1st one in 2 years. Forgotten how nice they are to work on
  10. It does have what I'd describe as a usual amout of swirls, thats why I used the Platinum 1st for a bit of filling. The bracket is for his bike carrier, he's a keen mountain biker and is training for the "end to end" bike race over here soon.
  11. ^26th mate, this Weds midday boat but will be blazing trails south to try and catch the kids before they go to bed. Not seen em for 14 days and wanna give them cuddles! Let me know if you want anything specific for the Fest of Zed and will sort you out
  12. A beautiful 350Z in for a full inside and out pampering. Protection detail and interior. Usual wash regime. Paint felt like sandpaper and used a whole clay bar this time!!!!! After the clay I gave the car a coat of AS platinum to improve the look before waxing. Wax used was Swissvax Best of Show, and whilst that cured I did the interior hoovering, leather cleaning and conditioning. Glass, tail pipes, plastics, tyres etc. Once that was done I buffed off the wax, then got carried away with the pics as the Blue was so wet and glossy. No apologies though! Thanks for looking, Tim
  13. Nice M3 to do for the gardener of the CSL owner from last years trip. I got a glowing report from Nick, who spread the word and I got to do this M3 as a direct result. THANKS NICK Now, the M3 has never had the full wash, clay, cleanse and wax regime so I knew it'd be an eye opener for the owner;) Usual wash regime. Bubbly Jubbly, after doing the fiddly fiddly wheels with Espuma Revolution and Envy Brushes. Clayed with CG Blue clay and Autobrite lube. Part of the rear 1/4tr was machine polished to remove some terrible marks caused by T-cut but I took no pictures as they were very scary. Looked clear as anything after Cleansed and filled with Autosmart Platinum via the PC and a pretty aggressive pad. Waxed with Dodo Juice Supernatural and left to cure. Whilst the wax cured I did the interior, dressed plastics, polished tail pipes and all those ancilliary tasks. Buffed off and job done...I kept being distracted by the CSL....mmm Happy customer on the right Best wishes Tim
  14. haha LOL will see how I do for time tomorrow. Have an M3, the zed, and an MX5 "in the camera", and have a Seat Ibiza and Porsche C4s still to do...
  15. ^Did a Z yesterday in your colour, wait til you see that baby
  16. The main challenge of the Manx 2010 trip A 2 day correction detail ......the victim in cold blood... Washed and dried as per usual. Lot of tar as per all cars this trip Clayed, then paint thickness measurements taken. Taped up and good to go. Roof half done, unrefined. Bonnet progress Car was cleansed, tyres dressed. Glass cleaned, exhaust buffed, rubbers dressed and waxed with Swissvax Scuderia (I needed a really oily wax to nourish the paint) Job done Thanks for looking Tim
  17. OK next instalment! An external protection detail on this X5. I used all the normal stuff I use, and trialled the Autobrite Citrus pearl shampoo (which I found to be very slick, again not keen on the smell but as a shampoo its VERY good). Wheels washed with Espuma Revolution at 10:1, Envy Brushes and the EZdetail brush. Bubbly Jubbly De-tarred again before claying Paint cleansed via PC with LPL, then waxed with Dodo Juice Supernatural wax. Again no tyre or plastic dressing (same customer as GT3) Enjoy the (limited!) afters. Thanks for looking. Tim
  18. Cheers Chris, those wheels were 6hrs of blood, sweat and tears!Sandblasting was my next option for them
  19. 8 hours, would have been faster but needed a lot of tar removal!
  20. Yes, I'm not dead but in fact in the Isle of Man again OK 1st car of the trip is a beautiful 996 GT3 Comfort spec. Full external protection detail and topped off with Swissvax BOS. De-tarred with AG glue and tar, Manx cars are very tarry Clayed with the brilliant Autobrite clay lube and CG clay. Paint cleansed with Lime Prime lite, followed by the wax Tail pipes polished Rubbers protected with Seal feed. Glass cleaned with Espuma glass green. Tyres NOT dressed with anything at the owners request, and he's the boss!! Wheels waxed with CG wheel guard. Wax buffed off, enjoy the afters! Thanks for looking. Tim
  21. Sunday was the Jensen, Monday I was supposed to start this Z4 but had to postpone until Tuesday. A 2 day correction detail but only took 2 pics at the end as wanted to crack on and had a busy week planned. LSP was a wax of a certain vintage on this beautiful Ruby black Z4. Hood refurb to follow at a later date... Highlight of my week...Lancia Delta Integrale. Protection detail inside and out. A rare converted to RHD car, 1 owner from new and 20k miles. I made him an offer and was refused dammit!!! I get a bit excited doing these as some will know..... New clay lube to try out. Very impressed with it, not too keen on the smell but in terms of performance spot on. Last but not least, protection detail inside and out on the Corrado VR6. Lancia was ousted from the garage to make way for the VW... Never have I been so glad for it not to be a correction job lol (but maybe on the cards one day eek!) Trial clay from Espuma, and not its actually NOT polyclay Paint cleansed and sealed with Autosmart Platinum via the PC with a Megs polishing pad. Shiny All in all a busy week Best wishes Tim
  22. That is a very good point mate, not considered that!
  23. Good morning all. A rare old beast, apparently 3 were made in the 1930's and its a 3.5L V8. Just passed its MOT and in good working order. Full protection detail inside and out. Wash, clay, cleanse, wax. Interior hoovered and leather cleansed and conditioned. No process pics just a seletion of afters today. LSP was AS Platinum topped off with Dodo Light Fantastic, a lot of metal polish and elbow grease. Enjoy..... My favorite pics: Beautiful Thanks for looking Tim
