  1. You were lucky Daryl, hows the leg coming on ?. Its all good thanks, the vertical bone is still swollen abit, but hopefully will go down over time. Got a massive scar, but thats about it. (Apart from my dented pride)
  2. Sounds like a good explanation. However, not to pick holes, but, could you explain the advanced engineering and bespoke precision machining please? Surely all dampers etc need precision machining so all the holes line up etc, and is bespoke to the car, as the mounting point dont change. Not trying to cause a ruck or anything (this thread has seen enough), but just trying to understand what is actually involved in the GT1 design and manufacture over and above the Zeta spec stuff. Would just like some more in depth knowledge as to what is involved in the design, manufacture and testing of the 2/3 sets that you do. Any info you can supply would also help any potential buyers when choosing a spec, or even choosing your kit over something like the BC.
  3. Thanks, drop me a PM if I can have the lance on its own.
  4. Sorry to hear of your pain, but you have plenty of options. Can i ask why you are taking the caliper off to replace the pads?
  5. Full story on my stupid accident. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/69404-accident/
  6. I did similar damage to my car earlier in the year, though was just the door and the wing mirror. (And the huge hole in my leg) by the time I added up the cost of a door (going rate around £300, and a wing mirror, around £150) it wasnt worth my while. Not to mention that I couldnt get a door in Azure. Though you will find it easier in GM or BS. I know your insurance is high at the moment, but by the time you offset the cost of the new parts, (and your own time fitting it all, if you were going to do it) you are better off paying your excess. (Guessing around £500?) Also, the bodyshop did me a good rate on respraying other parts of the car at the same time.
  7. Any chance of splitting the snow foam and the lance? Got loads of foam, but my lance is starting to play up a little due to excessive use.
  8. I got 5 litres of FinishKare 452, and found that is very good also. Really brings out the shine. Also, doing this after a wax, has the added benefit of removing any wax residue that you may have missed.
  9. I have a pair of Goldring NS1000's have have found them excellent. Most of the guys on the race team that travel alot have the Bose, but at £300, i couldnt justify it. After some research on What Hifi, these Goldring's were 99% as good, and I got them for £60 from Superfi. Must admit, not tried the Bose, but Im very happy with what I have, and for £60, they were a bargain.
  10. The MSV Drift days are brilliant, though they are only at Oulton Park, which is abit of a trek. However, it takes pretty much zero tread off your tyres, and is a great laugh
  11. Big Merc dealership and HO here in MK, and seen a couple of these, tried to follow one the other week. They just go, and keep on going, abit like a Skyline/RS6 in that respect. See it launch from a standstill, and its very impressive, id imagine it would humiliate quite a few fast cars from a standing start. Very good looking cars in the flesh too, very AMG.
  12. I have the Eibach ARB's which are adjustable, 2 point on the fronr, 3 on the back. These come with ARB bushes anyway, but I think Alex is talking about the Banana arm bushes. I have these, and have to say there was an improvement over stock. I changed the ARB's myself on the drive, which was fun. lol The front one was easy, rear one less so, but it is a DIY job if your up for it. Id say remove the back box of the exhaust though, as its pretty impossible without doing it. Believe me, i spent an hour trying. The adjustment can be done with the car stationary if you dont mine laying on the ground, and once you have done it a couple of times, is 5 minutes per corner.
  13. Still for sale. If someone wants it, and can collect it, im happy to give it away, as i think its too good to take down the skip.
  14. Sorry, the kit got posted out yesterday. Thread can now be locked.
  15. Id agree with the uprated ARB's. Cant believe how much they improved the car through the corners, and as long as they are not on their hardest setting, the ride feels totally standard. If on the hardest setting, they jiggle the car abit, which is a little anoying on the motorway, and long trips, but on a track is awesome. Thought id have to go to coilovers to get good cornering, but very happy with it now. Coilovers maybe on the cards at some point soon, at which point, Alex will be my first port of call.
  16. Saw you come into the car park, and then have to park over the road. Looked like you were on a date with a hot lady in a black dress, hope it was a good night. I was outside on a bench with a few people, and a few pints.
  17. Looking at getting rid of this, as its just gathering dust. In pretty good condtion, and to be honest, was in the house when we moved in, so only want £20 for it, but should really be collected, as it weighs a fair amount, and although the glass is toughened, id prefer not to post it. Its in Milton Keynes. PM me if your interested.
  18. Sorry,MacBook not included in the sale
  19. Provisionally sold, just waiting for payment.
  20. UPDATED Have for sale 14 pieces of the RSW carbon interior. These dont come up for sale often. The gear surround has had a slot cut into it for a Tein EDC unit, which was done by the previous owner. Was going to get a plaque made up out of aluminium to cover this, but never got round to fitting the kit, so havnt done the plaque. The parts have been fitted prior to me owning them, but I havnt fitted any of it, so there is tape applied to all the parts, so up to you if you want to re-use this, or peel it all off and start from scratch. Just noticed that on one of the parts that sit next to the door handle (round air vent), that the black plastic backing has peeled off abit, exposing the weave. This has no effect on the way it looks once fitted, but wanted to be honest. Looking for £460 inc P+P, or collection from Milton Keynes. Will also supply with some double sided tape. PM me if your interested. Kind Regards Daryl
  21. Here is a collection of my pics from the classic weekend, sorry its taken so long. Pagani had a mini meet there, and have to say was the highlight of the carparks.
