Switches can fail and I have 2 sets in stock. More likely is something jammed in mechanism

Your 2004 car uses the smaller pre facelift reflectors mate. So if the ones you have are too small..... I guess they aren't for a standard 350z bumper? Any pics? Also I have 2 x new boxed sets of Nissan clear reflectors if needed

The liners in the Focus are well known for cracking over 300bhp. The forge intercooler is a nice piece of kit and we have fitted loads. I am guessing your on 444 injectors too?
