    BC Coilovers

Ride height not so easy to do yourself. To do it properly you need to adjust the length of the damper aswell as move the spring perch....
  4. Thanks guys, i just hope it goes to someone who will look after it.
  5. Someone grab a bargain, considering what this cost me to buy and mod, i have decided to reduce the price once more, am still willing to look at offers, the car is now at £12,995. Here is my 2005 350Z, in Sunset Orange. I have owned it for roughly 18 months, during which time i have spent a lot of time and money modifying it. Unfortunately an impending house purchase means that i need to free up some money, and hence the reluctant sale. My car is well known on the 350z-uk forum, where i have (and shall miss) attending the bi yearly wales drive outs. Price is £12,995 ono however the car needs to go, so i am open to offers. Try me! The car has 66000 miles on it (may change slightly is a daily driver), is taxed until 31/08/10 and has MOT till September 15th 2010. I have just recently fitted a new Competiton Clutch and flywheel (circa £1000) and also recenty new rear tyres. Onto the car, which has been faultless during my ownership, its now aggressive in style for a 350Z and catches eyes wherever you go! I do have quite a few of the standard parts that i am happy to give with the car at the right price. Mods are as follows: (Items with Std next to them i have the standard part available) Performance: Dyno on 350Z day @ Surrey Rolling Road - 290.1bhp, before manifolds. Buddy Club Pro Spec III Exhaust Berk Sports CAT's - Std DB Power Manifolds (DC Replica) - Std JWT Popcharger Dixcel FCR Carbon Discs and Pads Front Endless Rear Pads Solid Engine mounts (Only set in Uk i believe) - Std 90A Poly Transmission Bush (Only in UK i think - massive improvement to shifting) - Std Competition Clutch Street Clutch Competition Clutch Ultralight Flywheel - Std Handling: BC Racing Coilovers (Custom springs 10kg/mm F / 10Kg/mm R) Whiteline Bushings (Full front set, expensive to have fitted!) Moonface Racing Roll Center Adjusters (Rare - had to get from USA, v. expensive!) Eibach Rear Camber Arms Full Hunter Laser 4 wheel geo setup SUMMIT Front strut brace Styling: Veilside V1 Carbon Lip Roof Painted Black Nismo V2 Style Wing Nismo Rear Spats 19" 5Zigen ZR+520 Wheels (JDM rare and were expensive) 5Zigen Long Wheel Nuts Seibon TS Carbon Bonnet - Std Carbon Wrapped Rear Strut Cover ICE: JVC KD-SH909 Head unit Kicker ZX200.4 Amp Focal K2P Front Components JL XR Rear Co-axials (RCA's and power/earth have been run for a sub amp so easy to add) Pics : If you would like any other images let me know, feel free to pm me or mail me on adi144@hotmail.com, i can supply my mobile number to anyone that wants to call, or call you. 6. Mine pops aswell, its loud now i have the manifolds on, feels quicker at the top of the rev range too, would be interesting to have it dyno'd again. Still isnt anything like as loud as yours Ian, but i do daily drive mine. I do have solid engine mounts now though, which adds a little something to the cabin noise!
  7. Looks great mate, who did you get to do the mirrors and what did it cost you?
  8. If / when you lower they will rub at the back, your going to need arch rolling done
  9. I have got some to try myself aswell, but i can see it being a nightmare, ill just build up to using it slowly i think! If anyone wants to write a guide on how to do the mirrors step by step, thatwould be great.
  10. PIMM's are the chrome silver same as mine.
  11. You guys worry too much about a little bit of scraping!
  12. My bits from Adam arrived in 4 days, to him for that so im all ready for the fitting on the 16th. Once thats all on ill be looking at the maopping.
  13. Yes as said TGM, Tom is a great guy and willl have her running like new again in no time. I'm sure that collection could be arranged, let him know that you were reccomended by adrian, he will sort you out. Give them a ring as Chris suggests, Tom's a friendly guy. (they are busy atm however i had to book 2 weeks ahead for the 16th March) 01252 811972
  14. Yep get it lowered mate My car hardly ever scrapes, and its as low as the coilovers will go, i think you lot worry about a little bit of scraping too much!
  15. Once my bits are on i think im going to pay abbey a visit aswell, see if they can work any magic on mine.
  16. Mines gone, first thing i did when i bought it was take it out and put a can of tyre weld in instead
  17. Indeed it was strangely good comparatively to others on the day, prompting people to ask what else i had done to it. as far as i am aware the car has no ecu or other engine work done.
  18. If you decide to split this paul, id like dibs on the external door handles please.
  19. Well having the BC's myself, i think with the 350Z fitment you wont have the issues described on the Evo Setup. The topmounts are rubber (so you wont get the knocking you do with unbushed pillowball ones) and the fitment is fine, no clearance or knocking issues. They have all the mountings for the brake pipes etc.. aswell. Handling on them is fantastic, and i love them for the money they cost.

    K1 just fitted!!

I'm hoping to be close to you Ian once the Manifolds are on, with some special extras, if its not then i shall have to purchase the secret weapon
  21. Once you stick one on with the halfords tpae though, it wont come off again without leaving residue thats a nightmare to get off, so if your thinking of moving it any remember that! i'm tempted by a JDM plate off center
  22. Good stuff, ill be hoping to attend a good number of shows during this summer
