  1. One of the most common thread topics It's normal oem clutch/fly or not only a case of being bad or very bad. Keeping the clutch pedal down whilst stationary solves the issue and trains the left calf
  2. You know the answer Slack it but not as much as you can in case you tighten it too much from the hubs. Leave some play and then tighten from the hubs. It's easier than what it sounds
  3. Or use a long bar between the seat and the brake pedal. Then move the seat forwards till the brake pedal is compressed enough. Don't know if you will damage anything this way tho...so far I haven't
  4. Neil diamond manchester men arena on Wednesday RnB collaborations 2011 (or smith like that)
  5. I haven't noticed too much difference in handling with spacers on excluding the TCS issue, turn in seems ever so slightly less responsive but barely noticeable. I didn't at first too mainly cos I had some kw v1 coilovers fitted at the same time. But I ve tried with and without spacers with everyday tyres and 888s on track and on the road. I was sorry to admit that it does ruin the ride. I was very skeptical at first...there was a thread somewhere too
  6. Unless the road is silky smooth like on a track the spacers will ruin your ride mate full stop. The car may look good but handling and comfort suffer with the spacers. And to dowcras comment above the difference in traction with the nismo LSD is beyond belief. And the cars handling is more predictable and extremely controllable. However it messes the tcs so much that the car can not be driven safely with it on unless it's fitted with a racelogic or equivalent traction control. As for the original post the tcs didn't manage to save me from aquaplaning and writing off my maserati...and that was more nannying than the zeds!!! If I hadnt waited for the tyres to go down close to the legal limit she would still be with me. Ps i was doing the speed limit of 70 on a dual carriageway too. I would put driver, tyres, suspension, brakes before the tcs. But that's only my opinion. Car makers make cars for everybody which means from a 17 year old boy racer to my 80 year old granma with 2 titanium knees! Tcs is a life saver
  7. Probably asked this before but what was your wheel/hub HP? About 300? Yes mark is right. Roller dyno and whp was about 290.
  8. How is 350 achievable with a standard DE car with a HR engine and UpRev? Why isn't this achievable with a HR car? I got over 340 with nismo intakes, berks and nismo exhaust
  9. My 08 with berks and nismo exhaust passed the emissions only just...and that was after the uprev. Took ages to manage to keep emissions with in limit for a whole minute or so.
  10. Mine lasted much less mate and it's an 08. Exedy one tho keeps going very strong! Good chance to go lightweight too and if your zed is a post 07 make sure you change the slave cylinder too. Early wear of the means there was some serious heat produced there.
  11. That torque wrench is really good and very strong. I keep double checking it with the tyre place wrenches and its always accurate...or as accurate as they are anyway Cool, it's about time they started selling decent tools. They used to be laughable! They are still robbing ba....rds tho. Machine markt and local shops do good deals
  12. Really sorry to hear...hope you find him. His manhood needs chopping off....he's not a man anyway...he doesn't need it. And adding to the above opinion I believe you should be allowed to catch him up and knock him off his bike grrrrrr
  13. That torque wrench is really good and very strong. I keep double checking it with the tyre place wrenches and its always accurate...or as accurate as they are anyway
  14. I ve got both products from halfrauds...they are good. Can't say anything bad about them. Try machine markt too
  15. Laughing so much I can hardly type
  16. I like this thread 350Z 340 bhp BMW 520i 190 bhp Mg zs 2.5 180 bhp Lancia D (greece) 120bhp Missus TT 225 bhp 1055 bhp in total
  17. I've seen him on tv plenty of times already Rapidly finding a pic........... I ve apologised so many times
  18. Makes a good ponit, why limit cars to 155mph, wen the most we can legally do is 70, don't get me wrong I would hate it if they did, Liam I think based on my knowledge of Greekman (who I haven't met I'll admit....its just the ingrained lore of the forum history) is that he may have been slightly sarcastic in this comment. Greekman calling for reduced limiters is a bit like the Walton family calling for more contraception. I bl@@dy choked on my beer I just like to be a realist. If it didn't cause an accident it was safe enough....that's realism... If it does cause an accident and my mother is hurt f@@k realism....(which would be statistically accidents happen etc) ...... I ll kill you! My apologies to lexx for the spamming....Roger and out
  19. You did comment though..... No man and you didn't either My point was i don't care what he says/does sort of...as long as he didn't post he slept with my mother he say whatever And as the crazy Irish boy said you what was you doing there reading that post?
  20. Yet again amazed by the ease some of us post certain things...here and everywhere... My point is there are bigger issues to use our energy into criticizing. No need to call people names hidden behind a keyboard...and I know we are all brave enough to say the same things face to face and especially after a few pints. I am not taking a side...but if you are expecting me to comment on somebody's else's opinion/post/whatever I wont. All I posted is a phrase from the new testament. I am sorry if I was off topic and I am sorry I feel we have managed to be prisoners in our own democracy...if you want me to say something on topic...speeding should be brutally punished. And all cars should have a limiter to 70mph. job done. No need for cameras and criticism
  21. Don't judge or you will be judged...whatever tickles his fancy. Greece will owe now in excess of 400 billion euros and there is about 10 millions Greeks there...doing the complicated maths every single Greek owes in excess of 40.000 euros and counting I think they want me alive so that I can pay my bit.....no.....I am off to check if the speed limiter is working!!!
  22. hahahaha only you!! Theres something freaky about how fast your car is haha I chickened out at 162 on the Autobhan in Germany - never been that fast before and didn't like the lightness of the steering and the bumps which put me right off. I'll have another go on a smoother road for sure. Man over 100mph mine sticks to the road. You can actually feel the nose diving! The car behaves better at 120+ than at 90 ish for some reason. Steering feels more responsive too. Could be the front/rear lowering ratio? But the digi speedo will not go over 160 no matter what. The needle was about 174 and the girlfriend felt so safe at that speed she was commenting on the way the cats eyes look when you are going fast at night. Road was a massive motorway in Greece a month or so back and slightly downhill...only a smidge. Other little secret...under the passenger seat and towards the door the is a little space where the cars manual etc folder fits perfectly without moving about no matter what

    hfc's

I ll have to carefully choose the meets from now on mate Would love to see how your nos feels. Oh and hope you had a fab time round the ring. I did 8 laps in total in an avo from 5.30 till half 7. Then run out of front pads and fuel...but the formula 1 track was in ides on the ring route!! It was ace....including the f1 track and passenger the gf....I managed 9 mins 30 secs ish
  24. Lowest speed you can engage trip computer is 23mph. Highest 160 on the digi speedo. Digi speedo will only go up to 160... But the needle will will go well past 170 (at that point I had my feet on the pedals...chickened out...sorry)
