i just discovered this highly amusing thread!!!!
-
depends what you are doing with the car m8....wouldnt want a repaired tyre on a track day or doing 155 down the autobahn... for normal use its absolutely fine!!!
-
and something else... personal opinion but in this weather its best if you have a car that understeers than a snappy car....so anything basically will be good for you...if it was the front ones then i would think about it twice....personal opinion again....
-
just for your own info m8 the 050s you need are the 050A 350z...thats how they are listed and they are almost as good as the ps2s....
-
although i still need to put on the rear spacers this should do
-
right this was a while ago. i only updated the thread today... i did get my money back through my m8...not through them....what i know through them is that if you chop the clamp off they wont do anything cos its a lot of effort for nothing...it is illegal tho...
-
Its too late now....i had to as the the tow truck was there in zero time!!! he was gonna tow the car away immediately... i got my money back the "underground" way.... its been months and he is doing "business" with my best m8!!! i just posted the update so that the rest of you know how it works.... THE END
-
how cool is that??? I dont like them nevertheless ps nuno m8 you can say anything you want... its the mind that gives meaning to a word... my mind tells me its a short cut... yours its racist.... enough said.... for the record greeks are not and were never racists!!!! and thats why there is no such thing as political correctness in greece.... and since i live in england and all that cr@p exists i say that i am a migrant myself and i feel for these people....now if you think that political correctness can compensate for all the crimes in the middle east area in the name of oil and power/control then fair enough... the point of the thread is the CLAMPING!!!!!
-
What, people who actually obey the law, don't give back chat to BiB when they're in the wrong and don't happen to share your viewpoint? Yeah, I can totally see your point there. So you never speed, never go above 70mph.... My arse!!! My plate hurts nobody, you speed and you have the potential too.... You break the law so don't preace to me!!! That may answer your question dude.... http://viewtopic.php?f=9&t=20188&p=484472#p484472

Just an update on this one now i got to know the clamper man really well.... He works as a bouncer at a local after pub and not only do we go in for free but my m8 gets at least 100 quid a month of him for doing business with him!!!!!! My m8 lives at the BBC building and hasnt got a car... the clamper however knows that my car and 2 others can park there as we are friends with the owner of the space....anything else gets clamped!!!! And because he gets to clamp loads of cars during the day when none of us is parked there he is looking after my m8!!!! And by the way its £275 if you get clamped!!!! Nice eh???

What is the law and what isnt is a long conversation and totally controversial... the law constantly changes and is made by humans...on top of that these humans are most of the times pawns put there with the help of somebody else with a lot of money, who wants to make even more.... i wont go any further into it in case i get deported....lool...but i honestly think that any educated, open minded person who has traveled outside his home town can easily get my point... However the law is unfortunately the law and a bad attitude a bad attitude! I understand your frustration and i hope it wont go any further (he would have given you a fine on the spot if that was the case)... I have been pulled loads....last time for 2 amber lights, 40 on a 30 and undertaking a car as little miss piggy said...and all that with in half a mile!!!!!! They saw me taking a sharp 90 degree corner at 30mph and followed me.... She said i was speeding at that time which i wasnt (i was doing 30) and i didnt undertake a car as i was just driving on the inside lane of the dual carriageway and never really got in front of that car...but i was polite and admitted to everything nevertheless....and i didnt have my driving license with me which is an EU one so no DVLA record of me being a driver !!! She gave me the worst bollocking you can imagine....the guy who was with her was almost laughing....and then she let me go...and although i wanted to do and say all sorts of things (i am a chauvinistic pig as well) up until now i am grateful i can still drive and i have still got a car as she had every right to do anything!!!! i did brake the law....but i was polite at all times and very helpful and admitted to everything regardless of my opinion.... all in all i think some parts of the highway code are ridiculous, drivers are treated as money cows and some of the police officers can be a bit cocky... but i really think that the majority of the uk police are really nice and professional... and if anybody thinks they are not then try the dodgy greek coppers.....
-
haha even if they do sort it out i really doubt the steering wheel itself will be centred when the car goes straight...
-
Slave cylinder all the way!!!!! mine was replaced on warranty. dont leave it or you will need road assistance on mine it was a gearbox off job... and i think there is a nismo one which is a bit stronger as well... mine had about 18000miles when it happened although first time it got stuck for a few seconds on a track day at cadwell park whist slowing down from 130 to 90... the car had about 14000 miles then
-
I didnt notice any fade on the text...didnt really look for it but mine changed colour in an instance so it would be too late anyway.... the main thing is the piston seals from what i have gathered so far...take the calipers off and look for bubbles! if so they are knackered m8... i ve got the dixcel set up with the titanium shimms, braided hel lines and motul 660... no fade what so ever... but even these calipers have got a bit darker after 2 hard track days... speak to zmanalex.... he is the man dude....
-
Happy birthday m8!!!!! Have a fab one!
