  1. I've got some Endless CCX rear brake pads for Brembo equiped cars. Brand new never used. £175 + P&P Little info cut from Envy's website ''The CC-X is a ceramic-carbon-metallic compound, which is developed for fast road cars to be used at high speed driving like at Autobahn with repeated braking and acceleration. It is suited for use in a power brake system with or without ABS. The CC-X is a high heat resistance compound which can also be used for circuit racing, like a sports car club race day. There is no need to change pads for such an event. The initial bite and response is excellent even at very high speed like 250-300 km/h and so also the pedal feel and brake balance. One can often notice that the ABS system is not operating the same amount of time at hard driving with this compound because of its construction preventing wheel lock to a big extent. The CC-X is also developed to go together with mass-produced standard discs with lower steel quality and still not wear the discs down or cause problems with heat cracks even at high temperature operations. The wear of the pad is also exceptional low, which makes for a good economical aspect. It has, just like the race compounds, a high degree of anti-water fade even if cross-drilled or grooved discs are not used. The CC-X is also developed to be used in cold weather like minus degrees and snow. The pad response is still good in these instances.'' Thanks Jon
  2. Thanks Phil As I said its just very hard for me to make personal calls when I'm in the office but an email or reply on a forum takes 5 seconds and much less chance of getting caught
  3. Phil, I sent you an email on the 20th and haven't had a reply yet.
  4. Hello, I also live in the Reading area, have to keep my eyes peeled. Hopefully see you at a Reading meet at some point.
  5. The main thing that we are trying to work out is where to park in Brighton. Mark (3fiddyZ) is talking to the council about where we can go. Once that is sorted all the other little details will be worked out.
  6. Saw a Black JDM, with what looked like 19's or 20's and custom tail lights, driving though sonning this morning, to be honest i've seen it about abit. Anyone here? Jon
  7. Oh dear, I'm a little ocd about spelling and grammar. That just made me cringe. Very funny though  But no way that car was sold for £6,895

    NOS

NIce one mate. Like i said not looking for a while but if i start reading, learning and understanding it now, by the time I can afford it then I will hopefully know enough about it.

    NOS

Thanks mate, It does answer my question. Just basiclly with the right supporting Nitrous mods you have room for error, not saying it wouldnt happen but if you did miss shift these mods are in place to help protect the engine. I'm just curious at the moment, it is something I would consdier doing in the future, but i would want to do it right ie with very little risk of making it go boom.

Going back to the NOS talk, not knowing alot about it. People have said to me if the bottle is on and you miss shift, this would blow the engine up. Is this the case?
  12. Like others have said, the main thing is you are ok and they didn't do you over. What I’ve done when someone comes for a test drive is ask for their licence and lock it in the house. If they are honest they won’t have a problem doing that. Hope the scumbag’s gets what’s coming to them and you get the car back ASAP. Jon
  13. I have to say I love the looks and the noise even with my stock exhaust it sounds so amazing. I used to have AWD car so I love the way I can get the back end out on corners and the back wheel slip when i pull away from lights hard or change gear hard. I love the way people look at my car, with slight jealousy and envy but with a kind of respect. I even like it when it scares old woman with its mean and menacing looks Sounds strange but I love it whan I close the door and I hear the window close the last half inch. I love the way my phone perfect fits between the bluetooth cradle and the side of the centre console. I love my Z :teeth:
  14. WOW! These would look amazing on my car, cant really afford them right now but if they are still about in a week or so (which they wont be) you'll get a PM. Jon

  16. I watched some geeky thing after his 100m and they worked out how fast he was going before he starting p1ssing around and if he'd kept going it would have been about 9.55
  17. The 200m was into a head wind too. He's sooooo fast. He's can beat the 100m one again too, but the 200m might take some doing. MJ's record stood for 12 years. This one could last even longer.
  18. 2.5k is hell of alot of money. I'm 24 with 3 years ncb and 6 points, got a UK car and paid 1400 quid with Sky and I seriously contemplated getting it the Zed. Give Sky a call, they are a broker and will shop around for you
