  1. Would a suggestion not just be to put it back how it was? or will this now bork it for those who have since cleared cookies?
  2. I suppose thats the period of time I thought it would be before someone d1cked about with it
  3. So in an effort to fix being able to log in via 370z-uk.net, you broke being able to log in via 350z-uk.net. Thats progress for you. The cookies should expire eventually and all the problems dissapear I would have thought.
  4. Oooo neck and neck... 21611 each!
  5. Id be suing the club and or mr cole for damages. There is no disputing it happened and no disputing that they were most probably injured. It would be no surprise to see this settled out of court for more than enough money to cover said students tuition fees.
  6. Its all based on averages and statistics. Though Ive tried, I cant find any large scale and official reports into accident statistics which include the sex of the driver involved. i.e. number of male drivers on the road and number of male drivers involved in accidents each year. Number of women drivers on the road and number of female drivers involved in accidents each year. Perhaps the "at fault" for those would be better show a true picture. I think if the above were available it would show that statisticaly females are far less likely to be involved in accidents, which could then be used to justify lower premiums for women drivers. The only fair way to do it is publish official at fault accident statistics for all age groups, sexes and vehicle categories and insurers forced to use these in any premium calculations. Drivers would then be able to use these same statistics when considering the purchase of a vehicle too
  7. Haven't taken any new photos of mine now since getting the shelves /cupboards all sorted and sub in there. Will have to take some more. Also in the process of making the lounge a bit more modern too - but can't really class that as a man room. Mind you, its getting a fully remote control fire - so Im claiming that bit as mine.
  8. Last few posts tidied - once again, please use this thread from this point on only if you are actively involved in any discussion with Gareth relating to refunds. Obviously PM discussions or email discussions will keep this thread a little shorter. If you have any postive results to post, i.e. you have obtained a refund and are satisfied that any alleged debt you believe Gareth owes you is cleared, it would be nice for this to be made public knowledge in order to be fair to Gareth. No need for figures or detail, but its only fair to post any positive along with the so far negative.
  9. In an attempt to try and hopefully resolve long standing issues - this duplicate thread is being closed, to allow discussion by those affected only - in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=46053
  10. As Gaz has made an offer of repayment to those who claim to be out of pocket, please can we now use the thread to report the progress of these issues only. Thanks.

  13. Yes its Gareth Walker poker winner of £109,000 Hi google
  14. As far as we are aware this man owes money to people who are members of this site and has the audacity to state he will be buying a new car and funding a poker career with the winnings of £109,000. Thread stickied for googles benefit.
  15. Installation of new supply will possibly have charges for groundworks and supply installation, and also seperate charges for meter installation and Meter Operation (MOP) New MOP agreements for COP5 meter (half hourly) are 5 year agreements, normally paid in advance every 12 months. The MOP will need to be in the name of the persons who will be responsible for the electricity charges going forward. You'll also need to have a supply agreement for the electricity itself in place prior to all this, as the appointment of a MOP can only be made by a supplier. Even though you sign a MOP, you wont get the meter until a supplier sends the MOP the flow to appoint. As for the installation, groundworks etc etc, that can be paid for by whomever chooses to foot the bill (but if its footed by the developers, there is nothing to stop them adding a bit on when re-invoicing the client). If the MOP is in the developers name, and they cancel it and set up one in the clients name when the building is handed over, some MOPs may choose to implement early termination fees on the developer (which can be the entire value of the 5 year MOP), and then a new one may be set up in the clients name (so the MOP effectively could get paid twice for the same meter). If it moves to a different MOP, then a meter change may be required and therefor a short period of power off - not good during term time. Any questions on commercial gas or electricity supplies Ill gladly assist folk on here for free
  16. They had the Mclaren in the studio and taked about the steering wheel not having buttons and a touchscreen in the middle. That was it. What exactly was the point in that? They then left to talk about the various different Zondas for 10 minutes.
  17. So playing it on a 92" screen, sound turned up and lights off not a good idea then?
  18. So - moved from CMC to ETX and ETX now need to call me to validate before allowing me to trade. FFS. Maybe Ill be back in the game again next week
  19. Jus to advise tomorrow (Friday) CMC Markets will cease access to AIM stocks and its reported that it may be a very turbulent day for the AIM Market due to this, as avery AIM position held by CMC Markets users will be closed down. So - its down to trying to find another spread better that provides access to AIM. Or set up a standard trading account elsewhere and suffer the capital gains tax, as my ISA is filled up each year with seperate investments managed elsewhere. Bummer.
  20. Its a turbo engine that revs to 8.5k - so I would imagine that the turbo lag is either non existent or not noticeable at that level. The performance levels on paper are quite remarkable and certainly outperform the 458 by some way. Im not totally convinced on the looks and think the 458 has it on that front, its just beautiful. The technology available in the 12c is amazing though - its the nearest thing to having a carputer built in. Built in WLan so you can transfer your music and videos to it directly from the office while the car is in the garage Thats sort of thing makes me all wobbly kneed.
  21. Sorry to disapoint, but the 666,666th post was not made on this thread. If you hover over the little link to the left of where it says "posted 07 Feb 2011 XX:XX:X" in the top right of each post, it gives you the post number. Post number 666666 was made by cragus around a couple of weeks ago here: viewtopic.php?p=666666#p666666 The missing 9,000 posts or so that aren't showing/counted on the portal index will either have been posts that were deleted years ago, moved to the deleted area, made in the team discussion area or posted and deleted in the members test area. I also dont know if the ones in the green room are counted toward the total either. For a really interesting fact, this post is numbered 673675. The one numbered 573675 or the 100,000 posts before this one was made on the 1st July last year. Thats 222 days inclusive. So over the last 222 days we are averaging around 450 posts per day, every day. If only half of them werent spam eh?
  22. seemed to be running very slowly earlier so I rebooted it. Hopefully should have sorted it for now.
  23. When I took the fezza over to Mikes the other day, the fuel light was blinking just as I set off. Filled up with V-Power at the local garage and it was £122. (95 litre tank). Drove over to Manchester, quick blast up to Amari, back to Manchester - back over the tops and home, a little jaunt around locally as the weather had picked up a bit. Pulled it back into the garage just as the light started blinking again
  24. Got mine today One on the office wall and one for home
