  1. Digsy, Absolutely gutted for you, but dont let events put you off the car. Its not your fault some moronic individual hasnt got the brains they were born with or the ability to control their envy. Hopefully they will now be playing an unsuccessfull game of chicken with an intercity 125 as we speak. I am not sure if chips away can repair such damage, isnt there a scuffsaway, or scratch-away? Im sure Ive seen a website for a company specialising in that, Ill have a look. Why do utter morons like this still exist. If I ever caught one doing this to my car or anyone elses for that matter, it would take me all my self control not to make them dissapear in the park/woodland/pond area behind my house. I hope you get it sorted soon.
  2. Its not going to be at the top of the list. Plenty more important stuff to sort out on the site rather than adding an option enabling people to be lazy with their spelling!
  3. No need for it to get any longer though. I think there may be some small village in Outer Mongolia that has not heard of Sarnies new wheels, but Im sure their neighbours will fill them in at some point. locked.
  4. Cant make it tonight Im afraid Take a camera so we all know what we are letting ourselves in for!
  5. I would think the Nismo Exhaust is likely to be the main candidate - Nissan are fairly happy when it comes to warranty and the Nismo, its also not that expensive, so is a mod that many would have higher up the list of things to do.
  6. Jonathan - is Claire coming? If so, Tracy is up for it
  7. YOu always seem to come up against these genetic throwbacks when you are in the other car. I always seem to find the boy racers when in the Altea. Although its 170bhp from a diesel, and not too shabby, I often get that "I bet you wouldnt be up my back side if I were in the other car" feeling.
  8. Your stone is the least of your worries if Im on the team!
  9. Certainly is - the effort some of us went to to polish that car!
  10. Gee - give me a minute to think it over... Yes please! :teeth:
  11. Hi Craig, I was passed one of your flyers by Jonathan - and I also received your email too. Apologies for not getting in contact - lifes been a little busy as of late. Ill respond to the email in answer to the points you raised. Im certain there will be a few people around that would like to treat their cars ready for the summer season. Welcome aboard! Regards, Chris.
  12. Hi and welcome to the forum Another Chesterfield local I gather from our chats. Sorry, cant comment on the tyres, but thought Id post a welcome note.
  13. Val - you dont happen to be thinking of taking the laptop round europe too do you? do you have a map free wireless spots? Would be good to get the pictures posted up whilst we are doing the travelling
  14. I really cant be bothered to translate it all - but Illhazzard a guess that Sarnie is still trying to get pics posted or sent. If he knew his way round the internet he would have found them by now
  15. see you then no way I'm driving down to Monaco just for the sake of it. Been there already a few times. see you at Spa Angie, will email you Oh we still intend to come to loire and spa, but thought we may be able to squeeze in a couple or three nights over at Milau and Monaco, then trvel up to join you at spa on the second day or so of the races. We can discuss on MSN when we are next both on.
  16. I think we can fit Milau and Monaco in too Mind you we can split the driving in our car... Ill take some nice pictures for you if I have a day trip to Milau Val
  17. Booking form thread here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6189 Also added the above link to first post...
  18. There are several of us attending this, and it should prove for some fantastic photos and a great day out - we will be meeting lots of Z owners, in time no doubt the future owners of our marques - it gives us a chance to see the evolution of the Z in the flesh. Looking forward to it already! Thanks again for posting up about this Steve Anyone out there wanting to get on a meet sooner rather than later and meet up with fellow Z owners could do worse than to take part in this!
  19. Welcome to the custard club! Sounds like you got a good deal
  20. Yup - Whilst I like fast cars, and would enjoy putting one together, I really havent got the knowledge on how to put these parts together, what parts are needed, or who can tune them. Time in my life is seriously limited, and while Id love to drive a twin turbo or supercharged Z, I simply haven't got the time to do it. If there were a company out there that could give you a date when they could book your Z in for a week, you drive down with a big fat cheque, and go back a week later to pick the car up, its a solution for me if and when I want to start modifying the "go" instead of the "show".
  21. One way of getting power to weight up though. I wonder how much weight is saved shifting the metal panels.
  22. You got a bargain then - thats what I paid for mine just a month or so ago.
