Getting on well with the Type R different kettle of fish but good fun as well and stacks of room in it, although the exhaust sound of a Zed will never be beaten the induction is very addictive. Now't wrong with the MG Montego the Maestro Turbo was one of the quickest cars about then! and you have reminded me I had a Datsun Cherry as well lol and another I missed was a Rover P6 3.5S V8 lol happy days!

One of many cars i've had and wish I still had.....

Isetta Bubble Car, single cylinder BMW engine, reversed the front wheels to get a wider track and a smiley face on the door, I was only 15 when I had it, and the roads used to be pretty quiet then and a bit of underage driving could be got away with, only paid a fiver for it, wish I still had it now!

Re headlights, I have never put the adapters on any of the cars I have taken over to France as I don't want the sticky mess, but, they can and will do you for it! I keep mine in the glovebox and hope to get away with the 'ever soooo sorry mr nice policemen but I meant to put them on but forgot, but look here they are in my glovebox and I will do it now'! Would 2nd Kuro's suggestions.

They have altered it now, comes in at just a tad over 5k as against 7K so more user friendly, I know the R purists are not too happy about it but it aint a bad car to drive and yes it ain't no 350z...............

I was hoping no one would ask what she was getting, we needed a little more boot space and 4 seats so she (we) have ordered a Honda Civic Type R ...... (flame suit on) sorry!

Thats it! they have just been and collected my (her) GT4 and I now have an empty garage....... it's been fun and I have to say this forum is one of the friendliest I have been on and even not an owner of a Z anymore I would still like to hang around if that is ok? Got to wait now for 2 months for the replacement car to be delivered, so for the time being, if you see someone in a Black 407 Coupe flashing or waving it's me.
