  1. We had 25 cars at last years JAE... 30 at a Wales run, but I would agree the turnout at Donington has been lower. Hopefully this year we can gain some more interest. Work is in progress.... EDIT: first post now has poll removed, link added for ISTS and other topics on Donington directed here. Attendees: 1. H5 2. Shire 3. Martinmac 4. Smoky 5. Bigphil 6. Chilli Red (Sun) 7. 3FIDDYZ 8. Magenta (Sat) 9. Chesterfield
  2. 1. Stew 2. Martin Mac 3. EBIZED 4. beavis 5. Digsy 6. Jim 7. Chesterfield
  3. Oh - I was going by the thread title and this thread on the Donny show too: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11765 It was 350z-uk.com that has attended before
  4. We dont have any objections to banners for other clubs/traders being displayed alongside ours. The club name will have to be entered on the entry sheet here: http://www.istsuk.com/downloads/pdf/146 ... 20form.pdf Im not entirely certain how the payment works for those wishing to come to a club stand but only for the day. Those paying for the weekend can be added to the form above,, but those only attending one day will be better off paying the single day price. Also payment will need to be taken from the members and paid in advance to the ISTS show guys.
  5. We can get a forum wide email sent for this too We havent sent any out yet for any events so now is the time... This is a 350z-uk.com stand right? I can bring the banner. Ill be added to the list.
  6. Voted August for me, as July I get my ball and chain. Depends on the final date as to whether July is out alltogether. Would be great to get a good meet up in Scotland, and Ive never driven in Scotland either
  7. Nope - its just done in good old macromedia flash. Nothing to stop the new intro page using other technologies though, just so long as it doesnt take ages to download
  8. Well as far as I can work out... Each vote for all three is a third vote for each person, each vote for a single person is a whole vote for that person and a third vote deducted from each of the other two. Ensuring a level start and taking into account the 12* 1 Third votes for each person as a base to work from, Sarnie has 4+5 - ((1*1/3)+(7*1/3)) votes, Liam has 4+1 - ((5*1/3)+(8*1/3)) and Sl114 has 4+7 - ((5*1/3)+(1*1/3)), resulting in Sarnie only being 2 and 2/3 votes behind Liam. Ive tried other ways of making the gap closer, but thats the best I can come up with.
  9. We can send mass emails from the site yes, and one will be going out.
  10. Looks like a reasonably quick fix to add this option. By the way - the recent topics link should work too, so if you have replied to an unread topic today and want to find it again even if there havent been any more replies since your own - recent topics is your friend.
  11. Ahh right, I understand now.. The default is for the topic title and the text within the topic to be searched. This can be changed to search the text of the entire thread (using the radio button on the right hand side when you go to the serach page) but there is no option to only search the topic title. Ill see if its a quick fix.
  12. The reason its pixelated on the front is because its in flash and lower res. A smoother logo could be used, but the flash file would be larger too... As Mike says if anyone wants to re-do the intor animation thats great We had a lot to do to get it off the ground, so it wasnt really a pro job on the intro screen. I dont fully understand the request on the search function. Is it possible to explain a bit more?
  13. Yup - Myself and Tracy normally drive up on the Saturday morning, spend the day around Chester and the local Shopping village, a meal in the evening with others and the Sunday meet/meal/drive. All in all a great weekend away.
  14. Its the same as "There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary, and those that dont"
  15. Sorry Dave... Mind you, give em enough rope....
  16. Im just intrigued as to how any bannings will take place without the necesary level of access to the admin control panel... You guys do make me smile
  17. Perhaps we could arrange a meet, on the border of the C-Charge zone - point our exhausts toward the zone and rev away? It was supposed to be "Congestion" charging.. How does a Porsche 911 (or 350z for that matter) congest the roads more than a similar sized electric car? Or is it now "Climate" charging instead of congestion, I dont remember the citizens of London voting for that......

  19. Out of interest which garage did you take it to? Im thinking of taking mine to Tims for its discs and pads, along with a couple of bottles of red and a crate of beer, eh Tim?
  20. Hi and welcome One of the best introduction pictures we've ever seen I think A possible candidate for next years calendar?
  21. Not unless there are any right hand drive Z owners in Switzerland, I beleive the OP needs a right hand drive door interior for some custom sound install.
  22. Sorry to hear the news Stuey, along with many others my condolences go to you and your family.
  23. Wouldnt surprise me if it was fitted with an 03 bumper from the factory. Ive seen a GT4 fitted with LED rear lights from new (early 05), and we didnt see those lights on the Z's in the UK until well into 2006.
  24. Having driven the Z round France and visiting other countries such as Italy, Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg, I believe the 350Z is fairly rare in the rest of Europe. Sadly I never made it to Switzerland, but if its anything like the rest of the tour we had, then you can go for days without seeing another 350z. Its great to make contact with other owners and clubs - if we can help each other out then thats even better
  25. Hi, obviously people may be a bit unsure about giving away chassis numbers of their cars on the internet, though some do have access to the service manual for the car and may be able to provide the specific page and part number that details the door cards.
