  1. Phil Ill have the last ones if you havent already shifted them...
  2. Frantically searching for a pic of these on a UY - the "boss" would like to see.... Beavis - quick before they are gone.... please....
  3. Absolute bargain. Putting my money into something else right now, otherwise would have these in an instant.
  4. Wouldnt the Veilside badge without the kit be a little pointless?
  5. Get it to a dealers. Starting and stopping when there is a pottential oil flow problem could result in you needing a new engine - as dorian (prescience) posted above - do not risk knackering your engine. Dealer visit and new oil pump, worst case scenario a hundred quid (or Euros) or maybe more given dealer pricing. Keep trying to find/fix your problem yourself and the worst case scenario is that you need a new engine costing a few thousand. Your choice.
  6. You want to look out for a scam at B&Q too - I was walking in the other day, and one of the staff asked me if I wanted decking. Luckily I got the first punch in, and denied him the chance. Beware if you arent as quick, you could be suckered by this one.
  7. What I find incredibly concerning is that there is evidence now being produced which demonstrates members of the FIA may have fabricated documents with which to support their position... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/ ... 806012.ece
  8. Appeal denied. What a surprise. I hope for the good of the sport whomever wins, wins by more than the 6 points this event changed things by - at least then there will be no overshadowing of their win for the driver concerned.
  9. Do you mean on the Sunday after the drive? Its usually about 5 or 6pm, but without the second tea stop and the shorter daylight, its probably going to be nearer 5 than it is 6, but most people head off home after a coffee at the services.
  10. Dont think there is anything that can be said that hasnt been already Jay. As your shuttle was at 5, I assume you are on your way now. Tracy and myself wish you a safe and speedy journey and the strength to cope during this difficult time.
  11. Sorry to hear this Mark, and hope it all gets sorted very soon. If you have an idea who has taken it, I'd be onto the police immediatley. If that fails, perhaps having someone teach them some moral values with the use of a 2 by 4 perhaps.
  12. Just booked in here for the Friday and Saturday: http://www.theglannhotel.co.uk/ Looks like a half decent car park and not too far from either the Oaklands (drinks and food last time) or to the centre (curry house )
  13. What about having any league table on a googledocs spreadhseet that can be accessed / updated by members of any site?
  14. Its apparently reported in La Gazzetta dello Sport - but having trouble locating the article.
  15. Do you have a link to where Kimis statement s is posted?
  16. On the note of accomodation, where are people stopping the night before? Also probably stopping on the Friday night too.
  17. On another note - in Hungary, they switched thelayout of the grid so as to ensure that pole position had the "clean" side of the grid (change was made shortly before the race). In Spa the grid remained as standard, with the pole position on the more damp/dirty side of the track requiring a shift across to get the racing line. Obviously at one of these races there was a Ferrari on pole, and at the other a Mclaren. No prizes for guessing which manufacturer was on pole when the grid was switched for the benefit of said pole.
  18. Looks likea good time was had by all !! Absolutely gutted that we (me and tracy) couldnt make it, we were looking forward to a weekend break up in Scotland, but couldnt afford the extra days away we wanted. Hopefully other peoples holidays away from work will fall at a better time next time and we will be able to make it. Excellent photos. Cant beleive the changes to your car Martin - looking great!
  19. Im not taking credit for it - its a quote from one of the many F1 forums out there.
  20. Just read this on another forum - thought it would be worth a chuckle..
  21. Interesting points raised. Hows about a little after the incident when Kimi uses about 300 yards of cambered run off to get back behind Lewis.. 1:26 into this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDjAnXEadGc He is about 15-20m behind, yet by using the cambered section of run off round the outside, is able to get back to the gearbox of the Mclaren. Lewis in the meantime is having to deal with the damp conditions on the same corner on a tighter line without camber.. I see this goes largely unmentioned throughout the whole debarcle.
  22. Pain the car red and hope nobody notices its them?
  23. Considering MS was given no penalty what so ever for an almost carbon copy of this incident (although he retained his place by cutting the corner), and the only difference I can see as a spectator is the badge of the car, then Lewis was certainly robbed. The whole setup/circus created by mosely and bernie has descended F1 into a farce as far as I am concerned. They are clearly rigging it for a tight finish to the season, using any and every opportunity to twist the rules to suit the neccesary outcome required for a close finish. As I said before, Im not watching this anymore if this decision stands - I can think of more entertaining and productive ways of spending a sunday afternoon. I may as well watch wrestling for how scripted F1 is now.
  24. I see the FIA dish out penalties in a consistant and fair manner then... Heres someone cutting the corner in Hungary 2006.. Oh look its a ferrari retaining the place by cutting the corner, I wonder what penalty Shumacher got for this manouvre... Oh yes - thats right. Nothing.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5UnPeyzcHM
  25. What an absolute joke. The bias shown toward Ferrari from start to finish of every season is just sickening. Kimi was lucky not to kill someone in the pit lane, and the team get a 10,000 Euro fine for massa being released into traffic (which was infinitley more dangerous in my opinion than any perceived rule breaking by the hamilton move today). Whoopie. Ferrari up the arse of another car, nothing. Mclaren up the arse of another car, points and places deducted. There are countless other examples. Im not bothering watching anymore, Ive only really been an avid fan for the last 2 seasons, and even myself with my amature knowledge of the sport can see how ridiculously biased the whole thing is toward ferrari. Is there a second secret video out there somewhere showing Stefano Domenicali sucking max mosely off? Its the only possible explanation as to how F1 can descend into such a farce now. I cant abide it when the race card is used at whim, but Im seriously starting to think that there are some members of the KKK in the FIA. Im not going to bother watching this anymore if this decision stands.
