I think that may well be a good shout - do you think fabrication is feasible? Cant get schematics of moving parts i believe - If i dont have the missing parts then i see a problem - i even thought if i could get a replacement roof and get missing parts 3D printed from scanning the donor but maybe i am over thinking....?

Perhaps time to get the complete roof off to fully assess the damage, and a few hours of fabrication should get you sorted.

After a period of relative inactivity with the Z, just 400 miles since last September, she got a good run yesterday from home down to Somerset for the night, returning this morning. A well needed 230 miles return, with some good blasts along the A303, with reasonable mpg which averaged 32-33 overall.

I am in South Wales. I have been in touch with Torqen, who kindly contacted more through thios forum and who are based in Luton but individual parts are not supplied by Nissan therefore whole roof would be required and the price from Nissan was around £12k just for the roof itself - and that's without fitting costs on top. Will look into Carhood Warehouse and I think it is Hoodtech in Chester. Thanks

It depends on where you're based. The carhood warehouse in sevenoaks are awesome. There is also a place in Chester somewhere that do them also.

Hot sure if correct section of the forum but I am now convinced that my only option to get my 2011 370Z Roadster roof working is to replace the roof itself. The pivot asembly on both sides is "mangled" and parts of the metal lift assenbly have broken off. I have the detailed guide on removing the softop etc so don't think it is too much of a diffficult task if i can source a replacement. Anyone know of one for sale anywhere?

Try 755B0CD000. That fits up there & attaches to the lower right bumper corner piece underneath.

I'm 99% sure this is exactly what I pulled off mine about 6 months ago, along with the small black lower bumper corner piece. I'd read online it's the evap canister shield, but I could be wrong there.

Where are you located as there may be a bracket that’s is intact on the rear that mine has rusted away😂 drivers side rear behind wheel arch bolts up next to exhaust bracket and the bumper and a plastic tray bolt to it added a pic of the rusted thing of a bracket to the comment

Need it replacing tho as it needs to go for an MOT it drives fine and what not anyway but just don’t like knowing about it and not replacing it if I can

I'd say you've not got a rusted bracket you have some remains 🤣 If nothing has fallen off, nothing is rattling, the car drives straight and safe.... pull off what's left, throw it in the bin, and carry on driving.

I’ve got a very rusted bracket on the right side rear behind the wheel arch, it bolts up near the exhaust bracket and to the bottom corner of the bumper and also has a plastic cover that bolts to it i need the part number or name of it if someone can please help I have some pics but you can barely see as it’s extremely rusted

I’m after a part number for something I can’t even make out what it is now it’s rusted so bad, it’s on the rear drivers side just being the wheel well, it bolts up near the exhaust bracket and goes all the way down to the bottom of the bumper and it hold the bottom corner of the bumper and a plastic plate on can someone help me please

Been super busy with boring life stuff and not had much time for the zed but she's taking shape now. Still waiting on some sill patches and that's the underside pretty much done. Many new parts and much refreshing of old stuff, can believe the price of standard parts on these cars! Having promised myself I wouldn't get back into drifting and heading over to the initiate show I've been ordering bits again 🙄
