JetSet Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 I had this problem fitting mine, the solution was to fit it on angle. Of course, it may be that yours is unfittable but I nearly gave up several times. The main thing about fitting it at an angle is that the fittings at the bottom won't reach what it's supposed to fit into. I solved this by wedging in a block of wood on each side and screwing the fittings into these which also secures the wood blocks. Pete 1
GMballistic Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 ^^ Great thinking outside the box Pete, ...but it's not the 1950's anymore and people don't put wood in their cars. I jest of course. 3
AliveBoy Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 Why not remove the bumper, cut the OEM grille out and then use small p clips to attach the new grille in place. It should look very smart then Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
Zhorno Posted April 16, 2014 Author Posted April 16, 2014 To cut a long story short I'm a lazy sh1t way to much effort. I'll swap it or sell it so much easyer lll Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Husky Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 huh. Why wouldn't you let someone take it off you for what you paid for it? Then it's no loss to you. 1

Grundy Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 If only you hadn't of told people what you paid for it 2
WhackyWill Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 If only you hadn't of told people what you paid for it Yes it was a good deal at £30 including postage..!! I had already bid £40 on eBay for it and it got withdrawn. 1
AliveBoy Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Do you think that counts as trading?! Buying something cheap to specifically sell it on the forum for a large profit... 2
Zhorno Posted April 16, 2014 Author Posted April 16, 2014 Lol very true but it would be silly to get a bargain then not make money on it ,which in turn costs me less for a different mod .... Which is why it's in swaps section Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Zhorno Posted April 16, 2014 Author Posted April 16, 2014 Deal and a pint or carling but you have to deliver it in person with a cold pint 👠( it has to be cold) and not from a can just to verify Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
