What size tyres?

245/35 and 275/35

As above. 90% of people run that size on 19. You will have no issues.

If he isn't lowered too much. And has a weak offset.

Nobody even asked this. If he has a strong offset -5 or more then a 275 will be no good without flaring the arches.

If you are standard ride height then a 275 is what the recommended tyre size should be.

It's lowered on tein springs. And got 20mm spaces on the front and 25 at the back. The new wheels are front et 32 rear et35 so I'll be losing the spacers I think

Keep the spacers... The offsets are a little weak (Same as standard Rays nearly) so with the spacers you will have a nice offset. Then you might just get a 275 on the rear.

Agree, roll the rear arches and keep the spacers, it'll be perfect

I would never go 40's on a 19" rim, the tyres will look too big.

depends tho a 225/40/19 wouldnt look so big compared to a 285/35/19

not best image but that set up is

245-40-19 front and 275-35-19 rear lowered 15-20mm

No way... a 35 profile looks like a lick of paint and looking at the car side on it just looks daft imo (thats with it being stretched).

40 profile is perfect IMO. Ive ran both.

If you are running 275 35 though it will look completely different to a 255 on the same rim. My 255 / 35 looked crap.
