Grundy Posted November 30, 2013 Author Posted November 30, 2013 (edited) Finally home! Woke up at 5, get back home at 9pm! Before I share the images.... - Exhaust was a one off price, turns out someone emailed and quoted me the wrong price (a lot cheaper than it should of been!) So very happy with that - Asked for Forum group buys, and they said yup thats fine will do discount (However won't be as cheap as mine) - Have walked about 6-7 Miles today, Entered garage at 9am, work finished at 4pm!!! -When I walked back to the car midday to check on the status, had a heart attack when all I saw was a straight pipe going to the back box! I was like...okay so no silencer, uh oh. But the journey home was amazing, the exhaust is strangely quiet inside, makes no sense! My previous exhaust NEW EXHAUST! Video is currently being uploaded to Youtube. Neil will have some better snaps, as my phone died, so I'm sure he'll upload soon. Comments on what you think **Edit** https://www.dropbox....tp/zCOY1rOB5g#/ - While I'm uploading, some more pictures and a Video of idle (This was when I was bricking it, thinking it was going to sound like a tank) Edited November 30, 2013 by grundy225 Quote

14N Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 That Y pipe and flexi's looks epic I assume you're good friends with an MOTer? Quote
Grundy Posted November 30, 2013 Author Posted November 30, 2013 Pictures uploaded, Video on 75%. Yeah, already from a 100mile journey to the services, there was a difference, couple of weeks and it will settle in. I did have a year ago Ian hope he's still around! 1 Quote
350 Russ Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 looks a nice job, but one thing, they haven't welded any flanged so you can't put the old cats back on for mot time. you might have to go back to fit one after the y pipe. Quote

Yeah they warned me at the start, Was down to me deciding to go De-cat. Think he said at the end, that the flanges were knackered. Quote
WhackyWill Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 Excellent price, sound good as well. Wish they were nearer and I would be paying them a visit. Quote

My Golfs exhaust was 1.1, was hardly anything in it. Either way got a friendly guy Quote
