Ridz Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 Fellow Zeders, I've have my Zed a year now and whilst the engine bay looks reasonable,I want t get it to a good standard. However, I am rather wary about mixing water and electrics! Should I use cling film or aluminium foil to mask off electrics? Any advice on process to follow or technique? GMballistic Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 Plastic bags and electrical tape all good for keeping electrics dry. Plenty of products available to use. Last time I did this to an engine bay I used Gunk engine degreaser and also Autoglym intensive tar remover.
