At least she had both hands on the steering wheel in 10-2 position like my driving instructor used to tell me.

Well, ignoring the illegalness of the act itself:

 

1. She's a much better driver than most grown-ups I know, let along mad Russian ones

2. She's got a pretty good degree of car handling ability in bad conditions

3. At least her parents are giving her some experience of driving from a young age

 

 

Speed was too fast, and certainly for a public road. Other than that, I'm half tempted to give them a pat on the back for that!

it was a very long straight stretch and no traffic; not saying they were right to let her do that and certainly not at those speeds, but its not like she was on a busy motorway.
