Pr1ngle Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Took my car in for its P2 service in Exeter today. £320.00 which I thought was reasonable. Whilst I was there I asked them to look at the tail gate spring again (they replaced it during last years service) and also a whine from the gearbox (thrust bearing) which disappears when you dip the clutch. Called me to confirm they are gonna order the parts and repair under warrenty. Only downside is I gotta get me some wheels pretty soon Quote
Dblock Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 £320 reasonable? Is servicing on the 370z more than the 350z? Quote
ZMANALEX Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 £320.00 is excessive for a P2. However it looks like they are looking after you regarding the other issues so guess that it is a bit of a trade off. Alex Quote

Are they going to sort that out under warranty - if so I'll be taking mine in soon as! Quote
spursmaddave Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 £320 I paid less than half that for a P3... Quote
Pr1ngle Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 I guess £320 was a bit high, but I was getting quotes around £299, and at least I get the main dealer stamp. Scotty: you're right the noise does disappear when you press the clutch in, but they were happy to get it repaired under warrenty, so I'm not complaining. Dave: Finger's crossed I get the P3 for less. Quote
