Im no expert either, the dont quite look like Berks HFCs, probably decats I would have thought and worth picking up for £10 if the guy is going to toss them away

Managed to pass my mot today thanks to my friendly tester otherwise i would be swaping my decats for these, they do look very similar to my h-dev decats

They don't look like Kinetix HFC's.

 

The 'cat' part on the kinetix is on the downward part of the tube (nearer the manifold) where as these are on the vertical section (nearer the y pipe)

 

I'd safely say these are resonated Decats.
