They produce gains the same as a spacer as they do the same job. The polished up SSV (now velocity) really needs FI to see gains though, maybe this is what you're thinking of. Or i may just do it black,we shall see. Will i need the Uprev straight after fitting,or will i get away without one for the time being? Didn't I read someone added some mods and was running lean somewhere, not sure what they were or how many mods. Although saying that I swapped out my lower plenum and had no issues, and on the revup it makes nice gains so the changes were coped with and adjusted by the ecu with no issues. Ian Posted July 14, 2012 Share Posted July 14, 2012 How did we all cope before uprev came along It was the SSV that had the cracking issues & that was normally only ever under boost.
