B3n5253 Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Hello everyone Thinking of having a custom exhaust made from after the middle section back. So keeping the stock y pipe and centre silenced section. How much louder would this make the car? Am in right in thinking there is a silencer in the y pipe, mid pipe and backbox? Which is most restrictive and best to remove for a nice louder sound? Quote

Looking at the japspeed K1 at the moment. Iv seen talk of baffles/bungs for it to make it a bit quiet if needed. Where so these go and can you see them when fitted? Seems a good price for the exhaust. I had an Astra vxr nurburgring edition a while ago so don't mind it being as loud as that. Think is was 90db Quote
