I'm a 21 year old Stroud guy I have suddenly grown a huge love for the z's and it's cheaper on insurance than my 1.8t a3 ( I guess that's to make up for road tax and petrol)! Manitenance costs should be fine... the only common big expenses are discs/pads which could set you back 500-1000 depending on what you get, and then clutch and flywheel options as well.
