abeardo83 Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Hi guys and girls! I'm Andy, from Warrington and I'm in the market for a 350z, so I thought I would join here and say hi. I currently drive a MY03 S2000 and like I said, am starting to get the itch for a new car and a nice big V6 ticks the boxes. I'm currently looking at an MY54 Zed in Crewe. I've had a good look through the FAQ's re things to look out for, but I wanted to ask about oil consumption and adjustable geometry/ alignment, as they were my biggest bugbear on the S2000. Does the Zed's V6 normally use oil like the S2000 does? If it does, is the useage linear (unlike the S2000)? Geo: S2000's suffer from siezing in the adjustable bolts and when it comes to a set of sized bushes, it's a pain in the backside to get the job done. Is this something that plagues Zeds, like it does in the S? Cheers all!! Andy Quote
Sam Mcgoo Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 to the club. Some Zeds use oil, but usually its limited to the Rev-up engine. If a pre 06 DE engine car is using oil, there is a problem. Quote
