buying a 350z

hi there, my name is russ and, am looking to buy a second hand 350. are there any pitfalls to watch out for as, i am not very clued up on model. any advice would be helpful. many thanks, russ.

generally quiet solid if they have been well looked after; only weak aspect is the occasional gearbox, speak to husky as it cost him a fortune when his warranty was voided and he had to pay for it himself.

 

 

just look for a well cared for; well serviced and good condition car and you should end up with many happy years motoring. the buying section has a good sticky to tell you what to look out for.

Other than "normal" car stuff...

 

Open the boot... see if it stays open (specially in this weather) the gas struts are prone to die.

 

(Is it a GT?) Try the stereo... the BOSE units are PANTS, as are the amps...

 

Check the headlight washers work (not working CAN mean they are just low on washer fluid)
