Limewire's gone :-(

Just noticed today that Limewire has been taken down - got a rather scary message on my laptop when i logged onto it1! Another one bites the dust!

haven't used it for a couple of years, if i was that way inclined i would be using some kind of bittorrent website instead, and using some kind of bittornado software.

 

but hand on heart i haven't done for about 18 months.

limewire was a complete disease! glad its gone. I think thats all you can add in a public thread, commenting on any other activities including use of bittorrent etc would of course be bad.

Stopped using limewire years ago. It was crap! It was just a reading ground for knobs to infect ure computer.

finally that sh*t is gone! The ammount of calls I've got over the years from friends kids using that stuff and getting nailed with viruses... let's say it would pay for a TT FI kit! (If I was paid for helping them that is) haha... good riddens!

Demonoid or vuze are both good
