33boxer
NeilP - it all started racing go karts, not enough budget for wet weather tyres! Became a natural progression into cars and took the 350z to a local track and just started practicing. That was about 3 years ago now. Matt - I'm pretty sure we're still sliding in Jan, we'll sort something out for you! As for the high res mid-corner pic , would love to see it in the calender (but you'll have to mail one to me!) I have uploaded the original file here: http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/1047/g5n0001.jpg. ...and here are the rest of the pics from Saturday night. Neilp
3 years! That's an awesome progression you have made to get the status that you have now. I raced go-karts aswell but always indoors so only 250cc 2-stroke. Seems like you guys in aus know how to have fun. Everything over here is all health and safety and all the show girls are usually tramps top class women and cars in aus. Keep the updates coming. If you find your sponsors are sending too many free parts to you and u wanna sell them let me know PS that 380rs engine would look good under my bonnet

33boxer
Very tidy looking 240z. Is that one you just happened across, or was it at the track too? I am proud to say that it is my new toy, that photo is taken outside my workshop, the good people at http://www.bulletcars.com/ who are busting to get my new engine in. I know that engine is the never ending story, but as I'm sure that all of you know, the sheer volume of cash needed for this type of mayhem is pretty silly. We are desperately trying to get the engine scheduled to go in in February. I assure you that you'll be the first to know when we get underway. So what sort of engine is the little one getting? The old girl won't be getting a new engine, just going to keep it classic. Got a bit nostalgic today, found this one in the vault. This is at Eastern Creek in Sydney, the entry speed is around 160-170km/h in fourth gear, took a few goes to get the line right but great fun! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-Y3BW0uMPw&feature=related Also, little bit of news - looks like there will be a livery update before the start of the season in March! Will post up the new artwork when it arrives
bronzee
The old girl won't be getting a new engine, just going to keep it classic. It is still running the stock S series engine, or someone's done a swifty swap to an L28? Can still get some reasonable power out of the stock engines, with the odd mod or two. Will the little one be a race car? Gee I ask a lot of questions. She looks really mint. Nice vid by the way. Tyre destroying action.
33boxer
First event for the new year and I've got a new team mate! I know, it's not a 350, but still looks the business! Expect to see some crazy team drift soon! Did the stupidly long drive from Brisbane to Bathurst to put on a drift display at the 12 Hour event over the weekend, no good pics yet, but here is some video! Hitting the main straight at Bathurst. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMP5CfG6Ag8 The new Motul Nismo S15 The pit garage

33boxer
Been a crazy week, two events then at it again this Sunday! Stadium Drift was a huge day of drift, it was the exhibition event for the launch of the series, so not a points round, but did manage to get the win! The two days later we got together for a day with the guys from Stuntz Inc who do all the big shows around Australia stunting on Harley Davidson's! They do team drifting in the two Holden Utes. The guys also got their Lambo out for the day.. Got one new video to share, this is the new project car build by my team workshop Bullet Cars. It is a ground up build, with a twin supercharged 1UZ V8 that is punching out 420HP ATW (this is the low boost setting) and weighs 1100kg. It is just a weapon and this was its first test run. Need to dial in the rear suspension a bit, but holy mother of torque! Here is a pic of the Bullet And here is the vid! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhO1FYXaQqE
