Today is THE DAY! With the media and sponsor days complete, we are at the track setting up this morning for the actual event. There are 8000 people coming, so should be pretty amazing!

More good news... same tune, more ponies Only running 10psi, the funny part is how strong the setup is, its a nice mild tune and will be perfect. The tuner said he could wind it up to 600HP... That would be fun and all, but not really keen on the earth shattering kaboom that is sure to follow. Haven't done a shakedown yet - but should be able to give it a run this weekend. Will let you know how it goes!

Righto, stuff is happening! The shell is now rolling, VQ35HR and gearbox are in! 600HP Rotrex supercharger getting mocked into place Trumpets, velocity stacks, whatever you call them - but don't they look great! Brand new everything, cooling from PWR One of the team Ken fitting up the trumpets There is more to come, got to get a computer and race dash next!!!

You sure can!!!!!!!! I'm busting to get it started, the gearbox is nearly here, it got held up leaving the US as it still had oil in it, so it had to go back to be thoroughly cleaned before it left!

Looking for more power, a safe tune pushing 450HP is the aim.

Been a crazy week, two events then at it again this Sunday! Stadium Drift was a huge day of drift, it was the exhibition event for the launch of the series, so not a points round, but did manage to get the win! The two days later we got together for a day with the guys from Stuntz Inc who do all the big shows around Australia stunting on Harley Davidson's! They do team drifting in the two Holden Utes. The guys also got their Lambo out for the day.. Got one new video to share, this is the new project car build by my team workshop Bullet Cars. It is a ground up build, with a twin supercharged 1UZ V8 that is punching out 420HP ATW (this is the low boost setting) and weighs 1100kg. It is just a weapon and this was its first test run. First event for the new year and I've got a new team mate! I know, it's not a 350, but still looks the business! Expect to see some crazy team drift soon! I am proud to say that it is my new toy, that photo is taken outside my workshop, the good people at http://www.bulletcars.com/ who are busting to get my new engine in. I know that engine is the never ending story, but as I'm sure that all of you know, the sheer volume of cash needed for this type of mayhem is pretty silly. BeZt of both worlds then! Old and new. So what sort of engine is the little one getting? The old girl won't be getting a new engine, just going to keep it classic. Got a bit nostalgic today, found this one in the vault. NeilP - it all started racing go karts, not enough budget for wet weather tyres! Became a natural progression into cars and took the 350z to a local track and just started practicing. That was about 3 years ago now. Matt - I'm pretty sure we're still sliding in Jan, we'll sort something out for you! As for the high res mid-corner pic , would love to see it in the calender (but you'll have to mail one to me!) Big weekend of drift, had a display last night and comp today! Love this shot from last night.

It's PVC pipe, just deflate the tyres & put the pipe in place then inflate to lock it in! Works a treat
