Been a while since the last update, still no engine love, but we are at the end of the season so a few more events to go then the new engine HAS to go in before the 2011 season starts. Here are a from pics from the Stadium Drift Pro Tour Grand Final. Got first place on the day and 3rd overall in the series. And here is the first drift quad battle! Team Rockstar vs Team Monster

Thought you guys might like this, say hello to the drift quad. We get PVC pipe cut into bands, deflate the tyre to get them on and then pump back up to lock them in place! Absolutely no grip whatsoever! And for the old school Z lovers, you might like the newest addition to the garage, a 1975 260z.

After much discussion, we have decided to hold off the build for another month. We have two massive events coming up and we just couldn't get it done in the short window of time. We'll get there, these things always take time! But, we just got this great video from one of our recent events!

Ok, so we didn't get started last week... which meant we could go drifting on Friday night!

Some good news, we're planning to start the HR transplant this week! Been trying to sort out a race fuel... man that stuff is expensive! Anyone own a petroleum company?

Got another massive weekend of drift, here are a few pics from today. Am uploading a video too, should be up soon! We strapped the Zed on the dyno this morning and was able to dial in a few more degrees and up the fuel getting us back to 380HP at the treads. The last engine was down a bit on power, but It's absolutely hammering now!!!!

VQ35 number 3 is in! We have a big display weekend this weekend, then we are ripping the engine out and the 380RS motor is going in! We are starting the build next week

This is VQ35 number 2. We will probably have to drop in VQ35 number 3, as we still have a few more events to run before we do the swap to the HR.

Today, we have good news and bad news. Good news being that we won on Friday night and the Facebook page now has 36 friends (thanks all!) but at the competition on Sunday, the engine went kaboom. Haven't pulled it apart yet to have a look, but will do that in the next day or so and will get some pics. Guess this is a sign that she really wants that new VQ35HR to go in!

The plan is to get a bolt in a roll cage, possibly a Cusco item. Hoping to do that in the next few months!

Hi Jim, This is the series we primarily compete in http://stadiumdrift.com/ We are heading to Queensland Raceway this weekend for King of Drift and then off to Stanthorpe next weekend for the next round of the Stadium Drift Pro Tour.

The overnight was just from within Australia, I was just killing myself laughing at the cheesy movie quote when I saw it.

Few more little changes this week, there is no more blue to been seen - the interior has been sprayed black and a boot release has been added just next to the fuel cap.

The new swaybars just arrived... overnight from Japan. I thought that only happened in the movies.
