  1. Got everything back together... we're going to bake some tyres tonight! Loaded up & ready to roll. and just for fun we're rolling out our R34 GT-R V-Spec. But that a whole other story!
  2. The rough guess is about 100kg, there is a lot of stuff there. Six months ago, the Zed was still road registered! We can weigh it when we get it back, so will let you know. Just got back from the workshop, some good news and some not so good, the Nismo harness is in, but while giving the car a once over before we compete tonight, the guys found a crack in the front left suspension linkage. Luckily we have been able to source one second hand, so have to get that in this afternoon!
  3. The Zed is going on a diet! To install the harness we had to rip some stuff out... once we got started - well, you know how it goes. Will have pics of the gear installed later today then we are racing tonight!
  4. Finished unpacking the other container... so much goodness Nismo Dash Brake Lines Gear Knob and my personal favorite - Nismo Harness! .
  5. Well spotted, I have a small love affair with all things Alfa Romeo. The rust, the breakdowns, the shoddy wiring... but when they go, they really are something special.
  6. We finished unpacking the rest of the order and we also received one of the brand new Nismo GT LSD Pro Carbon 2 Way!!! Looking forward to getting that in the Zed! http://www.nismo.co.jp/en/products/competition/lsd/gt_lsdprocarbon.html
  7. Big news today, our VQ35HR 380RS Engine has arrived!!! Because too much is never enough, the guys at Bullet Supercars will be adding a Rotrex Supercharger! Fingers crossed we can get it close to 500HP.
  8. Sydney to Brisbane is 925km, you can do the drive in about 12-13 hours if you go straight through, But I'd advise doing it over 2 - 3 days! There are some nice spots along the way. It's pretty cheap to fly though, they flights are only $100 AUD each way between the two cities.
  9. Let us know when you're coming over, I'm sure we could get you in for some passenger runs! This is the event series that we primarily compete in http://stadiumdrift.com/
  10. From the site its just standard Brembos with Ferodo pads Any engine bay pics? Well spotted with the brake combo! The Zed is a track spec, so they are just the factory brakes with Ferodo pads, but a big brake package isn't really necessary for us, but the hydraulic hand brake sure gets a workout! Also, here is a pic of the engine bay
  11. Thanks for the big welcome! Glad to hear you like the car, we absolutely love it! IanS16 - the front bumper was sourced through our bodykit supplier AJ Performance and is one of their own molds. bronzee - the supercharger is ideal for drift, as there is absolutely no lag and you are on boost the instant you roll on the throttle. We only run 8psi through the setup and that provides us with plenty of power on the larger tracks for third gear entries and on the tight technical tracks, you have the low down power to keep the car sliding but well under control.
