If you are having trouble getting about on the ice, I have found these work a treat and don't have to mess about changing shoes/boots - got them for £15 - Google Yaktrax.

I can vouch for these gizmos too :thumbs:

 

Been using a similar product by WinterTrax for years.

Even ran for the bus today (zed is snowed in :dry: ) while people around me were sliding around trying to walk :#1:

 

Careful on hard flooring though......they are lethal and do the exact opposite :blackeye:

They look like drain cleaner brushes wrapped under shoes? Hmm now theres a cheap alternative :lol: (doh posting again - must work must work and stay off site!! :blink: )

Just stick some razor wire in your shoe soles :thumbs::lol:

 

They do look a good idea mind, I would order some, but by the time they get here the snow and ice will be gone and we'll be into the longest heat spell ever ;)
