A quick hello

Recommended Posts

Hi my name is David and after much fussing and hesitation about getting the right car I finally bit the bullet and bought my new pride and joy... 54 plate 350z GT with 38k in Azure blue with tasteful tints and LED rear clusters. I've only had it 2 days and my only complaint is that i can't sleep in it or bring it in the house. It's in mint (mostly standard) condition and so far as i an tell it drives pretty damn well and it's just a bit better than my last car (Daihatsu Charade 1.0 EL) tho' by fluke of coincidence it's exactly the same colour :teeth: Check out the photos- what do you think?

Hi again, thanks for all the greetings. I'm from notts tho' I travelled to wales for this beauty- as it met all my requirements- low mileage(-ish) single owner and pretty standard condition. I really love these cars, tho' don't know a huge (technical) amount about them... The odd thing is I'm actually struggling to think of any modifications i'm desperate to do. Maybe it's the honeymoon period, but for the timebeing I would like to keep it pretty standard- maybe later mod with some nismo parts/ alloys. Anyhow, looking forward meeting other devotees and learning more about the machine and ideas for improvement (if any). Any suggestions?

how much did you pay for it , if you dont mind me asking ?

Less than for a similar age and mileage S2000 as you might find as a private sale on pistonheads. About £5000 less than Nissan dealer advertising a very similar spec car with 14,000 more miles but 2 years younger. Sorry for being cryptic but I don't like to talk about money. One thing I can say though, IMO, is that whatever you spend (within reason) is not lost money as these cars are still very popular and as long as it's well-looked after, got full service history and desirable spec (i.e. UK may be GT).
