i find that i always get perfect mobile/radio in the north of scotland, unlike the midlands where i struggle to get a basic mobile signal sometimes

My radio has always been fine when I go back to Sunderland. I think their cars are broken

 

Mine is fine from Edinburgh (the furthest north I've been in the Z) to Sussex to Wales and all around home (including the Sunder !)

 

It is no different from the long twangy original in my experience
