Just trying to source something for my washer bottle,its in Chilli Red's hands.

 

I am still on to it, will find something to fit in there even if we have to fabricate it ourselves :lol:

Where did they attach the ARC can to?

 

What do you mean Martin?

 

Well it looks as if its lying very neatly beside the Engine cover,

but presumably there is a bracket underneath

attached to something? :thumbs:

Looking good wayne, think I seen a few of those bits before!!! ;)

 

Martin, catch fits with a screw into the top left (as you look at the car) cooling fan casing, then it slots with a bracket onto rad overflow clip in the centre....

out of interest mate, how much would it cost to make my engine bay look like that? I wouldn't know where to start? :wacko:

I would start with the carbon covers,really does make a difference.

 

Then it sort of snowballs from there,thats what happened to me anyway. :lol:

Rather than start another thread thought i would just update here.

 

Got these carbon fluid/battery surrounds to today of Scott one of the members on here.Can't believe how good they have turned out,really happy with them.

 

The weave is slightly different to the covers but can hardly notice it and the cut outs for the bonnet dampers makes it look a lot better than the stock plastic i had.

Bit gutted he cant do the replacement covers,will wait to see how they match to see if its worth getting new covers.

I know mate thought about buying a different lid,but would look a bit crap.Trying to find a replacement bottle.

Chrome model paint would be worth a try surely!
