marky-x2cuk Posted February 5, 2009 Author Share Posted February 5, 2009 thanx guys!!! the main thing really is what too look for in a 2nd hand Zed??? the car i am lookin at is a 56 plates car with 16k miles!! it has all the extras's like the Ray's wheels, heated seats, Bose System, Sat nav etc and is selling for £16k at a dealer will try to knock the price down a little if i like!! From the pics it looks totally standard and seems OK. But insist on a good hour or so drive as it will feel so different than what you have been used to - in a good way You are likely to find stone chips around the front end - we all get them - Nissan paint quality is not good The skipping CD issue is genrally only when the car is cold - condensation is blamed. But just enjoy the sound the car makes - much more satisfying As others have said it is a 296 bhp engined model not the 309bhp (313 is the ps not the bhp) The paint is Ebisu - it is metallic but the flake is difficult to spot when it is not sunny. The headlights are bi-xenon - a whole lot better than the pre 2006 standard xenons (I have had both and there is no comparison) There are no front fog lights!
