Don't they at least leave a manual pump so you don't add to emissions reinflating them?

I'd contact them and ask for a face to face meeting. Police in attendance, that's criminal damage. Potentially endangers life too, say you don't notice and crash.

Ive put my sensible approach first, but im with you. Find them and cause them a good degree of repercussions

There's a certain irony to them chopping down carbon dioxide absorbing trees to print thier message about killing the world with carbon dioxide emissions.

They couldn't do that. Physical exercise could cause one to breathe heavier and therefore produce even more carbon dioxide.
