Keith D Posted Monday at 21:10 Share Posted Monday at 21:10 Plunging used electric car prices costing fleet businesses 'hundreds of millions' | This is Money I'd heard depreciation horror stories but up to 80% depreciation... wow. You might as well throw your money down the toilet.

Matay20
Yes, our engineers are having1 1/2 hour lunch breaks so not completing all the daily jobs as they need to charge. For some reason they thought they would charge in their own time… I don’t have a home charger as my house was going up for sale when I got the EV and they won’t move it so I spend 1 1/2 hours 2 days a week charging so I have a charge to get to sites. These are all expensive third party chargers and I get warnings all time about my ppm as they don’t get my 10pm kwh cost at home 🤣
ShortPaul
The company I work have also payed for the installation of charging points on employee's driveways, but the vans are only getting charged when the electric is at its best price, so the vans don't get fully charged 🤣

Some cars cant take Supercharging. Even without supercharging shouldnt be over an hour. If charging to 100% 80-100 is slower.

But theyve only set it to charge at certain times. On their EV tarriffs.
ShortPaul
I don't know that much about the tariffs or charge time's as I was awkward and refused the electric van point blank and I am glad that I did.
