Thats not motorised tho..
Also there is aditional wiring that needs to be on the car for it to work....standard cars dont have this..im not even sure what is needed. I think it would be a nightmare to try and get a motorised cubby into a none motorised dash
Almost definite you will see an improvement as uprev takes control over every aspect of the s/c and cars performance. I will leave it for mark to put his 2p in but no reason why you shouldnt go for uprev...plus you will have your limiter removed
It will say on the pulley what it is. If a i had to guess i think you will be running the 3.33. So if you went with uprev you would get a nice smooth tune and totally customised to your car
If you wanted more boost then you will need to drop down a size but then you will need to get a new belt. I probably should of went with the 3.33 and got a more efficient tune...but i went all out and stuck with 2.87 which in hindsight was a bad move
Ive seen him around before....he is actually running a pro charger too...when i went to rs tuning way back to get my car tuned his car was there in the process of being tuned with the supercharger
Personally i wouldn't bother....you will be heading into a massive world of cost. Sucked the fun out of driving it for me. I never really felt my car needed the 420whp to make it better. N/A ftw
Hmmmm i'd contest this point these are luxury items...plenty of US cars just have the bare bones vortech with the FMU to boost fuel pressure....ud max out at about 360-380 before needing to go with the extras
Some good news to report!
Went and saw the garage just now and they were very friendly and accommodating. Straight away the guy admitted they were at fault and offered a full refund. He even mentioned that i paid £30 for the hpi and they didn't even run it
So i am quite happy....i did however service the car and put 4 new tyres on...but i can let that slide as they were so accommodating and forth giving with the refund
Lesson learn't for me though....HPI check everything
