DAY 24! (in a Geordie accent)
So i have been keeping up with the work outs and pushing harder and harder. Below are the results from my initial fit test and then a week 3 fit test. So far i have lost about 7lbs which i think is bloody amazing! It really is working but you need to put in the effort. But i believe if you are unfit to begin with you should not even attempt to do this as you probably have a stroke in the first week
Week 1 Fit Test
Switch Kicks: 30
Power Jacks : 44
Power Knees: 60
Power Jumps: 20
Globe Jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps : 9
Push Up Jacks: 18
Low Plank Oblique: 27
Week 3 Test
Switch Kicks: 50
Power Jacks : 48
Power Knees: 80
Power Jumps: 40
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 11
Push Up Jacks: 26
Low Plank Oblique: 50
Going all the way to day 60 and then onto my next workout out.
