  1. This works well, tried and tested for over 50 years. https://www.dinitroldirect.com/product/dinitrol-ml You will also require a trigger, and hose extensions + some other bits and pieces. https://www.dinitroldirect.com/product/dinitrol-reg-mazda-ndash-mx5-rustproofing-kit-ndash-aerosol-cans
  2. PM received, I will check for you.
  3. I will have a look for you Raj. DE or HR?
  4. You will get all the information in the Nissan workshop manual. https://www.nicoclub.com/nissan-service-manuals
  5. You only have to remove the outer bolt and nut to remove the spring. I have plenty in stock, however, these can be reused many times over despite what the service manual states.
  6. Sounds like it may be the ball joint on the compression rod or the ball joint on the suspension upright. All parts are in stock if required.
  7. When do you get this knock?
  8. All are in stock at the minute, just drop me a PM if I can help further. What year is your 350? 6 speed manual or Auto gearbox? Alex.
  9. Can you PM me your full address details please as I will have to get a pallet shipping cost for you.
  10. Terry, Do you prefer just the frame or the frame and canvas all as one? If you just replace the frame then you will have to change over the canvas which is a pain. Replacing the complete roof, frame, and canvas etc is a breeze. Alex.
  11. Unfortunately, there are no adjustments for this issue. You will have twisted the framework and if you are able to see the bent part then you may be able to straighten it. Failing that, it is your lucky day as I have a roof frame in stock which is fully operational and in great shape.
  12. I have replaced a few of these over the years, however as you appear to question some of what I write I just did a copy and paste from the Nissan workshop manual for you.
  13. Love it, great choice George.

INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL Oil Cooler Check oil cooler for cracks. Check oil cooler for clogging by blowing through engine coolant inlet. If necessary, replace oil cooler. Relief Valve: Check relief valve for movement, cracks and breaks by pushing the ball. If replacement is necessary, remove relief valve by prying it out with suitable tool. Install a new relief valve in place by tapping it. INSTALLATION Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal. ● Make sure that no foreign objects are adhering to the installation planes of oil cooler and oil pan (upper). ● Align cutout on oil cooler with protrusion on oil pan (upper) side, and tighten connector bo
  15. Why not take it back to the shop that built your engine as they are the ones that messed up? In answer to your question, you can not run without the valve. Why do you want to change the valve?
  16. The image in the schematic is from the outside.
  17. Check out the schematic above; The oil pressure relief valve #5 is pressed into the upper oil pan #6
