As GT4 Zed has said, it may be the dipstick loose in the hole or perhaps not pushed fully home, however I suspect it will be your cam cover gasket.
New dipsticks and new cam cover gaskets in stock and good to go same/next day

For want of a better word, yes they do.
The oem fronts have a little bit of tension, however no clamps required.
The rears just drop out when you partially lower the spring carrier.

5W30 fully sync is what Nissan recommend for the VQ35DE.
The majority of Nissan garages keep 10W40 semi sync in there bulk tank for workshop use and appear to get away with adding to the cars that go through there workshop
