  12. If there is no obvious play in the ball joint then they should not fail your car. However in answer to your question if there are no obvious faults then the compression rod ball joint will more than likely be the issue which is causing the knock. I have genuine Nissan compression rods in stock at a fraction of Nissan main dealer prices and they are good to go same/next day. Drop me a PM if I can help you further Alex
  13. Nice one SMD davec: I have the upper trim and the nav cubby however I think I am fresh out of the gear lever surround trims. Drop me a PM if I can help you further. Alex
  14. It takes 1 hour to swop out a rear whel bearing on a 350Z if you are handy with the tools. A lot of the guys on here that I supply bearings to, fit the bearings themselves. A competent technician should take no more than 1 hour for this job and even less time if you fit a new bearing carrier as well. Alex
  15. 1 hours labour and the same bearing will cost you less than £80.00 from me. Alex

  18. You can only access the outer bonnet pull cable form under the R/H front arch liner and not the catch
  19. Is there anyway to test the mirror switch (I assume the round twisty knob you use to adjust the mirrors?) apart from the obvious of taking it out and fitting a new one? If new switch is only way I will take one soon of you, going to need some exhaust gaskets and bolts in the next week or two so might as well get them all at the same time. Is there a noise from the mirror when you are trying to adjust it? Nope no noise when trying left/right. Only sound I can hear I what I can only describe as a slight click coming from the door, maybe a rely or something? But the mirror motor is deffinatly not trying to move to the side. If you are getting a noise from the door area when working the switch then that probably points to a fault perhaps in the mirror. Without getting to technical on the proper test procedure, why not just swop the mirrors over. They obviously will not fit to the door, however the electrical connectors are the same. In fact all you have to do is remove the passenger mirror, disconnect the wiring block connector on the driver's side and connect up the passenger mirror to the driver's side and test. Alex
